For some reason, despite the number of spring-themed kits I have, I didn't have one with a real good combination of daffodil-yellow and emerald green, nor did I have actual daffodil graphics. So here's me cobbling this page together out of different kits. I'm rather happy with the overall effect, simple as it looks.
The papers in the background were pulled from the "Jack and Jill" blog train here (Oklahoma Dawn's paper, color-tweaked to be the right shade of green) and the "Promise of Plenty" blog train (Marniejo's paper, color-tweaked to be the right shade of yellow).
The daffodils are entirely from Brooke Gazarek's "Watercolor Flowers and Branches" kit. Stems on the upper bunch were pulled from some purple flowers in the kit (I erased the flower heads), and the "daffodil" flower heads were made from the red, pink, purple, and blue flowers in the kit, recolored to be shades of yellow and orange, and then layered together (smaller flowers set to "multiply"), flattened, and given a white stroke to look like stickers or cutouts.
