A grungy distressed gingham paper with a felt hexagon border stitched on for added interest. I used Stitching Action 2 by Karen Stimson and a Felt Action by CU by Day to make it. The border and separate felt hexagons are available for download in "The Best is Yet to Come Elements Kit" and individually if you prefer.
