Belgium is indeed a beautiful country...and nothing to match memories of home...however far we maybe from our roots, all it may take is a smell, a glimpse of something vaguely familiar, a sound or in this instance, a taste of a much-loved food from home, can transport us all the way home in the blink of an eye...loved the write-up...thank you, Bina, for sharing...xoxoxo
