Most of my travelers notebook pages are made using digital graphics I print at home, a lot of those graphics come from DigitalScrapbook.com

Background paper from Allison Pennginton. I printed the background paper so that it would extend across both of the pages in my travelers notebook. I add some paper scrap layers behind my photo. A couple labels finish off this spread.

For this spread I’m using the Pura Vida digital collection by Anita Designs. First I stick down two papers into my travelers notebook. Using a white paper bag, I create a pocket for a photo and then do some layers around it by cutting a tag and adding another photo to the top. A few labels bring the spread together.

What's A Travelers Notebook

I love working in my travelers notebook. It's smaller, so the commitment is low and the change in dimensions (usually about 4.25 x 8.25 inches) is fun after years of scrapbooking in a square. I create my layouts both in actual notebooks, I buy mine from FelicityJane.com, or simply by punching holes in the paper and adding rings. The ring method works great if you think you might be adding a lot of three dimensional elements.

In this video I follow a TN sketch I made and use papers from the Good Life August 2019 bundle. The left side of the page is a Journal Me Page. First I get my papers in order, trying to follow the sketch as best I can. Then I add in my photo and tape everything down.
