Today I have a travelers notebook process video for you using the Good Life: April Bundle. In this video I talk a little about my layering process. Both sides of the spread use pages I printed from the Journal Me kit.

Today I'm sharing a flip through of a finished travelers notebook. Every spread in this notebook was created using at least some part of a digital kit that I printed at home. I like to add in a few traditional scrapbooking embellishments, or some papers from my scrap bin, but I love being able to start from a digital kit.

I have a quick hybrid process video for you today in my gratitude journal. I used a bunch of DigitalScrapbook.com graphics that I printed at home to make this little collage. You can see the list of graphics on the gallery page. I decorate the pages of my gratitude journal first, and then I come back and fill in the journaling list. I actually keep my gratitude list on my phone, and once a week I transfer the notes into my paper journal.

The flowers were all from my stash, I'm not actually sure where the big kraft flowers came from. And there's a fun little peek to a paper behind with some gold star sequins. This layout took me a while to get the placement right for everything, but I ended up really liking it in the end.

To maximize how many papers I could use, I cut four papers in half and used one half of each to make my background. I secured these four different papers to each other with some fun washi tape.

In this video I do a quick flip through of my travel scraps travelers notebook. In this journal I keep all the bits of ephemera that I can't keep in my digital pocket pages. It took me several years to finish this journal as I'd just add to it whenever we took a short trip, or even an afternoon outing that I felt like saving. This was the perfect little project for me to get a little bit of tactile scrapping going when I was doing mostly digital.
