30 Days of Christmas: Day 8
Thanks everyone who left Jordan some birthday wishes yesterday. We enjoyed reading them all, and we had a great day celebrating. His sister actually arrived in the morning just in time to celebrate, bringing lots of goodies from England.
We also (finally) set up the Christmas tree. You can see everyone is working very hard.
Today's freebie is an alpha from my Cambodia Kit. Enjoy!

About Me
Hi There! I’m Marisa Lerin and you’ll see me around at DigitalScrapbook.com a lot. I started this site in 2010 soon after I discovered a new love in digital scrapbooking. DigitalScrapbook.com has gone through some significant changes since that time and it’s grown into this lovely community site you are seeing now. I am daily surprised by the turn of life’s events that has led me down this path. If you're new to the site, welcome! Here are a few tidbits about me that I hope will help you get to know me better!
I’m originally from Minnesota, USA, but spent a good chunk of my childhood living abroad (in Bolivia and Hong Kong). I returned to Minnesota to attend university, got married and then moved overseas again (Korea, then Jordan and 1 year of traveling). My designs are heavily influenced by these many nomadic years. I am currently back in the USA, now living in the great state of Oregon!
I have no official training for what I’m doing, since I decided very wisely (haha) to study physics in university. I am always learning new things about digital scrapbooking, and this community has been immensely helpful for that!
If I manage to stop digital scrapbooking you will probably find me watching TV, reading or baking. I also enjoy writing for the blog here at DigitalScrapbook.com where I talk about whatever happens to be catching my fancy at the moment.

Happy belated birthday, Jordan! (missed yesterday's blog post - sorry) Hope you had a great one! And that you all had a fun time decorating that tree - I'm sure it looks gorgeous! Tyvm for the pretty alpha, Marisa!
I had limited "me" time on the computer yesterday (just enough to download all my daily downloads) since I was busy cleaning up 125 pictures that my mom gave me at about 10pm Thursday night and said, "I need them by noon tomorrow... you can do that right?" lol... so anyways they didn't get done by noon... but I did get all 125 of them done by 7pm... I started on them at 8am and after moving to my mother's office to use her computer there at 10am cuz the family computer kept freezing in the middle of fixing the pix... I then had to move to the library computers across campus since my mom needed her office computer to do her job... anyhow the point of this long rambling story is I saw that it was Jordan's Birthday in the morning when I downloaded my daily download and told my self, "Self, remember to leave birthday wishes when you get home." ha! didn't happen...I totally went to bed when I got home and completely forgot to do several other things... so Happy Belated Birthday Jordan... I hope you had a wonderful day with your family!
And many thanks for all the wonderful daily downloads you've been sharing with us, Marisa.
Thank you so much Marisa. Love your tree and seeing everyone working hard to make a beautiful tree! Enjoy your family visits!
Decorating with the whole family is a blessing! Hope you enjoyed it.
Thanks for the alpha
What a beautiful tree! And once again, thanks for the gorgeous freebies!
Your tree looks great thank you for sharing
Thank you for day 8. Great job on the tree...
Hmm, is that a strand of lights not working? If so, we had the same problem this year when we put our tree up. And my husband was determined to get rid of all the bad bulbs and keep the good ones. Meanwhile, I had found enough strands that worked for my boys and me to put on the tree. And those strands of lights he's going to fix...well they are still on the floor surrounding the Christmas tree today! :) Oh, and thanks for this super cute alpha!
Thanx for sharing... your Christmas tree is enormous and beautiful!
Thank you for the alpha
Thanks so much for the alpha and that is one BEAUTIFUL tree!!
