My 10 Favorite & Free Digital Scrapbooking Papers
(Note: As a member of our site, you get 5 free downloads a day. You can choose whatever you want, including these awesome papers I'm sharing here today.)
Here at DigitalScrapbook.com we have over 25,000 graphics tagged with paper. That's a lot to choose from! I thought I'd take a quick minute today to share a few of my absolute favorites.
No favorite papers list would be complete without a black and white polka dot paper. I use this one from Rachel on almost every layout I make. The pattern is small enough to repeat in small areas, which is a plus for me.
A great neutral background is also a must for me when digital scrapbooking. This one from Billie has a little bit of interest without overwhelming whatever you end up putting on top.
Any list I create also wouldn't be complete without some serious florals going on. This stunning rose pattern digital paper from Janet is beautiful.
I am a sucker for both sweet pastel colors, as well as a good gradient, and this paper from Jessica includes both.
Another neutral that always makes my list is a good wood pattern. This oldie, but goodie digital wood paper has lots of interesting knots and lines to help add a touch of nature to your layout.
If you want a party happening in the background of your digital scrapbooking layout, this is the digital paper for you. I love the touches of gold on these fun paint splats.
Like the polka dot paper I started this list with, a black and white stripe pattern is also a must. This one from Sheila has just the perfect amount of distressing to take it to the next level.
This new butterfly digital paper from Janet is perfect for spring and any other happy moments you may be scrapping.
I always love a good damask pattern, and this one is neutral enough to be used anywhere anytime.
Last but certainly not least, I must include one more stunning floral paper. This one distressed with the wood background is a perfect example of a shabby chic digital paper.
Well, I have certainly inspired myself writing this blog post, and I hope maybe I've inspired you too. If you download and use one of these papers, let me know below in the comments!

About Me
Hi There! I’m Marisa Lerin and you’ll see me around at DigitalScrapbook.com a lot. I started this site in 2010 soon after I discovered a new love in digital scrapbooking. DigitalScrapbook.com has gone through some significant changes since that time and it’s grown into this lovely community site you are seeing now. I am daily surprised by the turn of life’s events that has led me down this path. If you're new to the site, welcome! Here are a few tidbits about me that I hope will help you get to know me better!
I’m originally from Minnesota, USA, but spent a good chunk of my childhood living abroad (in Bolivia and Hong Kong). I returned to Minnesota to attend university, got married and then moved overseas again (Korea, then Jordan and 1 year of traveling). My designs are heavily influenced by these many nomadic years. I am currently back in the USA, now living in the great state of Oregon!
I have no official training for what I’m doing, since I decided very wisely (haha) to study physics in university. I am always learning new things about digital scrapbooking, and this community has been immensely helpful for that!
If I manage to stop digital scrapbooking you will probably find me watching TV, reading or baking. I also enjoy writing for the blog here at DigitalScrapbook.com where I talk about whatever happens to be catching my fancy at the moment.
