This is such a great swatch! I made a notebook kit in March with those and they also had some cacti, @Robin Sampson: love your kit, so cute , can't wait to get a playin' with that llama in front of its very own blue mountains.
I went with my own palette for Memorial Day. I had difficulties with the word art. I rarely use it, so designing it was hard. But that's the name of the game: Challenge yourself.
Here is mine! I'm from Montana and when I grabbed the colors I liked, I asked my 9 year old son what those colors reminded him of and he said, "MONTANA!" SO...that's the theme.
Here is what I made for this challenge:
(Tina told me the colors in the cards where too girly. I agree there are lots of pinks in the palettes, but what I found out with Marisa's palettes is that, they are usually quite big and really harmonic, so you can easily remove a group of colors and still have a great palette to work with. That has been a good way for me to extend my boyish palettes.
This is so much more than I usually design...I must make micro-mini kits! Well, they are usually just a contribution to a blog train and not an independent mini. Thanks for the challenge. I learned so much!

Fun challenge! Thank you.
