cancel a subscription

I signed up several months ago and had paid for two months when my situation changed and could no longer afford to pay for this, so I guess I
suspended my account and then forgot about it. Today I received notice that I was billed for the subscription again. I still can't afford it so how do I stop it and get the charge reversed?
