Photoshop CC? Proportional Transform???

Photoshop CC? Proportional Transform???

In Photoshop CC, you used to hold the shift key to get a proportional transform. Then they took it away and let us get used to not holding the shift key.

Either I have a glitch, or they switched it back? Control K brings up preferences, and there is a box with an option for "USE LEGACY FREE TRANSFORM."

However, mine acts the same checked or unchecked?

I believe that we must also manage Maintain Aspect Ratio (Link icon)
