It's almost 10 years since my first BT here at DigitalScrapbook.com. It was May 20215. I'll try to make some contribution to this BT.

I have'nt made a kit in years, not sure I can do this. Don't know if I have all the digital stuff on my laptop.
i am gonna try my best to come up with something for the homecoming blog train.I used to love hanging around Pixel Scrapper.

Thanks for the invitation. I haven't done anything specifically for digital scrapbooking in years. I focus mainly on printables (junk journals, ephemera, etc) but I could whip up some 12x12 backgrounds in the color palette that you've chosen.
My son and I recently visited the Chicago Poetry Foundation Library. I saw the following quote a few days later - "Poetry is a sort of homecoming." - and inspiration hit!

Thanks for the invite, Marisa! I will try to get something done for September. I haven't been doing any designing at all recently; I've been sick, my family has been sick, my previous doctor retired and the new one is doing a complete overhaul of my medications, my previous optometrist also retired and I had to get a new optometrist who prescribed new glasses, and my house is currently getting a new roof (insurance is picking up the bill for that, thank goodness!) So, lots going on!
I wasn't invited by email (I wasn't on the forum at the time either), except for the newsletter, but I've been downloading the PixelScrapper blog trains from outside for over a decade and would like to say a big thank you to the forum at least once. I joined the forum out of gratitude (and since Translator was introduced) for many great monthly freebies. Magnolia was one of my favorite designers. I've been a member myself since April 2021, but again mostly as a downloader. It's going to be a big, graphic forum anniversary celebration. I'd be happy to be able to contribute something to it too. I like the color palette.
Hello, Doro. The invitation email was sent to only those people who, at some point, participated in a past blog train. It was an invitation to return for the anniversary. So, please, do not think that you were left out on purpose or anything like that, because that isn't the case. And, of course, you and everyone else are more than welcome to participate. I hope you do!

But I'm not offended at all, I know that the former BT designers were specially invited because they may no longer be active in the forum. I just wanted to know whether the "newbies" can also take part in the anniversary celebration.

It's absolutely okay to use your designer name and usual kit preview for DS blog trains. The one thing you have to add, please, to your preview is the DigitalScrapbook.com blog train logo, which can be found in this post by Marisa. Looking forward to seeing what you make!
