@Renee - you did an amazing job with the template. The color makes me think of fireworks.

Thank you. I made it from an image I made using random brush strokes, a displacement map and the kaleidoscope effect.

Thanks for the flower template. I've done 2. They are going in the kit for August Blog Train.

@Renee - very cool image!

@Jody - excellent flowers. It makes me happy to see the template being used.

I had fun with this challenge. Hope it is OK to join in. (now if I can post here correctly)

An a double

Those are very pretty Donna. Thank you for participating.

Here is my try smiley

I used a paper and play with the blend mode

Excellent flower @Michaela. I'm glad you joined in this challenge. I look forward to seeing more of your creations.

You may download this flower from the commons: HERE

I did this one to go with this month's blog train colors:

I used this button

and this ribbon.

Wow, I hadn't even seen all the great ones on the second page! Very nice everyone!!! (and the first page too of course).

I love all the diversity!! Y'all are amazing!!

It was fun and for me a great way to learn stuff like this, thanks for the challenge!

Pretty one Moontje!

Thanks for playing, Moontje. Great flower.

I love challenges too. No matter how long you've been designing, there's always something more to learn.

Yay! I want to try it too!

I have used Marissa's Flair for this flower.

@Neli, very creative use of the template. smiley

Thank you for participating!

I love that flower so thought I'd give it a go too smiley

Fantastic flowers Amanda. Thank you for participating. smiley

I like to upload these to the commons because they are created with the colours from "Homestead".

Beautiful flowers Gonda. I'll look for them on the commons.

Thank you for creating them.

Thank you. I have to wait a few days until I'm able to upload them ...

Love this one. Thinking outside the center. smiley

So much fun looking at all the different ideas! (Gem brad from PS 193030)
500x

what a beautiful flower Robin! I love what you did with the texture and pattern.

I was playing around a bit and created a wired flower ... with SuperBladePro

I used Homestead Paper #1 designed by Dawn Prater for the pattern.

Wow Gonna these are amazing. Off to find SuperBladePro.

Thank you. It's fun to make these flowers.
I created some more, but reached my upload limit for the commons. Have to wait a few days.

I used SPB only for the wires .. to make them look like gold.
I know there are actions available for Photoshop doing the same.
It's a Filter you have to pay for ... I bought it several years ago, when I was working with Paint Shop Pro 7 ... it will only work with a 32-bit-version like most of the old filters do. So I always have two versions of PSP (I'm currently working with PSP 2019) on my computer - the 32-bit and the 64-bit version, the first one works with the filters, the second one is faster.

Gonda, I have several gold styles but how did you add only to the stroke?
