We must be on the same wave length. I am just now seeing this challenge but created this a few days ago.
I did not use a particular color palette but matched the font color to the leaf.
I did a Blessed and Thankful too! (great minds...) its in the commons. I thought I'd add something different.
I had to do another blessed and thankful. Chipboard.

Robin, I love the Scrabble tiles. Though I feel I should point out that both "leaves" and "pumpkin" are missing a letter.
