Then I added a sticker border in PSP and saved it as PNG file:
Even just installing and looking at a new program is a job well done! Remember these prompts are trying to encompass all skill levels, so if something seems too challenging for you in a day, feel free to fall back on a template.
Why not using the .exe version Karry?

Made with Corel Paint Shop Pro with a graphic; with many selections and 2 papers , 2 layers, noise, a brush for the red color.
I downloaded Inkscape and I have played a little, but there are tutorials in my future ... and practice! Just not happening yet.
I did play with shapes in PSE - I'm comfortable creating with these shape
I hope this is right... haha
My computer would NOT let me download it. It might be the security I have loaded on it but the .msi worked fine.
