Scraptorial - Make-A-Kit Extravaganza (Days 5 & 6 - Ketchup Days)

smiley Hi, there! smiley If you are just joining us and haven't read Day One's post about this challenge (it contains all the details for how to participate) it can be found here. Please feel free to jump in at any time. This challenge doesn't have a formal ending date and we welcome anyone and everyone who cares to participate in any way! The more the merrier, I say! smiley

I do have a little something I want to share with you today before we get too deep into kit-making. I hope it will be helpful to anyone who is new to the kit-making process or perhaps there is something in here for those of you who have made some kits already. For what it may be worth to you:

  • Page One

  • Page Two

  • Page Three

  • Tina Shaw's Helpful Size Guide or you can snag a copy here.

I am so tired, I can't even count to TEN. Please enjoy all eleven tips I created. smiley Off to take a nap or two catch-up on comments and maybe work on some prompts for next week and perhaps even do up a few things for my own kit.

ETA: My husband bought me a new computer last month and I have been too busy to let him install it. He pointed out that he is free this weekend and I am resting on my laurels, so he is DOING IT! If everything goes okay, I will see you all in a couple of days with a speedier machine and a lot more room for hoarding scrap supplies. WOO HOO and please send some positive vibes our way for an uneventful transition.

Great idea! Thank for the tips smiley

Enjoy it and get a lot of rest. Thanks for the tips.

Robyn, as usual, your stuff is GORGEOUS!

Thank you, Lisel!

Woohoo, finally all caught up to this point! I guess tags and alphas and such are up next for me.

Wow I never knew that tip about applying a stroke before trimming an image! I'll have to start doing that. Although often I'm exporting from illustrator for the ones that need trimming so they shouldn't really have any soft edge.
