Jan 2020 LC - Scripture

Happy New Year and welcome to the January 2020 Scripture Challenge. Thank you so much for joining.
Many thanks to designer Gina Jones for this great idea.
Please use a scripture about light for your layout and share your layout here and your Pixel Scrapper gallery.
is a tutorial on how to do that.
Please use a scripture from the Holy Bible or any other holy book.
I have used this scripture from
Isaiah 2:5
Come, descendants of Jacob, let us walk in the light of the LORD.

I have made a little challenge freebie with Isaiah 2:5. The overlay/mat comes in 4 file formats: jpg, png, svg and pdf for hybrid crafters. If you would like to dl it, just click the image.

Link your layout here in the forum to your gallery.
Doing this makes it much easier for others to find your layout and smiley or comment on it.
If you don't know how to do this there is a great tutorial

You may enter as many layouts as you'd like for a challenge, but please only post your layout to one challenge.

smiley Please, also credit the graphics you have used for your page in the gallery and do mention the designer's name of a template or an element, such as a flower or a paper, you are using if attribution is not an option. Many thanks! smiley

And before I forget, please smiley support my feature request for the gallery and vote here.

Fantastic, Robynne! Many thanks for playing with this eye-catching page and beautiful scripture. Looks great.

With a quote taken from Buddhist literature.

One of my favorite scriptures : Let your light SHINE before men, so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

I swear I had this one done before I saw Poki's! Great minds, I guess? This is my first time trying out the artsy version of Bible journaling.

Here's mine, with a Budha quote:

Isaiah 9.1
The people who went in the dark have seen a great light, and for those who were living in the land of the deepest night, the light is shining.

Many thanks for playing along the January Scripture Challenge, I love all the contributions and the beautiful scripture! smiley
