Not only is this my first challenge ever, but it is also my first digital layout ever! I'm pretty proud of it it, flaws and all. Took me forever as I was practicing new techniques, like shadows, but it was time well spent.

Little did I know that on our last morning in Breckinridge, Colorado last summer, that I would stand on the dam creating this beautiful lake (water for Colorado Springs) at 10,500+ feet! I wasn't dressed or prepared for the hike, but I made it anyway ...
