How to remove SPAM comments?

I have just received a comment that looks like a SPAM comment to me.

It is on this LO - https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/comment/625898#comment-625898

The comment iwas posted by Sybill Ruts.

I really do NOT want to click the link she left in case my PC gets into trouble.

How do I remove it?

I would either ignore it (it's formatted very similarly to spam comments I've seen on blogs before, where someone compliments the blog-writer's writing style and invites them to check out a link that seems unrelated), or post in the site help forum.
