Looking for either a single digit set or a year set covering 100 years

I want to add years to some of my pages - in preparation for the 100 days project that starts in 2 days time.

Most number sets only goes from 1 to 31 for the months.

I either need a set of 100 individual numbers that go from 00 to 99

or individual single digits (0 to 9) that I can put together to make up the years I want.

Is this already available anywhere in the Book scrapping world that I can download?

I dont want a page with all the digits on one page.
I cant use that page because there are no single digits.
I have no idea what to do with those kinds of pages.

If there is nothing available, does anyone feel up to making such a set?

I prefer a plain black set so that it will go with any color background.

I am not a patron yet, so I cannot ask in the Designers Request forum.

Thank you.

I found Jessica Dunn's New Day Circle Alpha and Tab Stamps Kit - with nice black digits 0 thru 9 and I will use those.

DARN IT!!! They are all on one page!!

How am I supposed to use these?

Cut them up? My software cant keep them as transparent PNGs if I do that.

OK SO I am still looking for SEPERATE digits - each with its own layer!!!!

You can download the kit with the individual files here.

I've already downloaded that kit, Marisa.
I do not get 36 individual PNG files.
I got one PNG file with all the letters and digits on one page.
It looks like I need to cut the page up myself.
I have no knowledge of experience of creating PNGs
and I would prefer to just download other peoples PNGs.

@Robynne ~ Curious what program do you use? With most programs you can copy a piece of one file and paste it into another and it would keep its transparency. Since this is the case I stopped adding all the individual files of an alpha. So your feedback will be quite valuable in this regard. smiley

Either way you could take a blank label and add your own digits to it. Here are some examples of blank ones you could use Back To Basics Labels - Circle Label 27, Warm N Woodsy Blank Label, and Dear Old Dad - Circle Label Template, or Mix & Match Black Tag. I can also add a blank black label found in the New Day alpha page if you like. smiley

And if you have the ability to add your own fonts, this opens up quite a variety looks. Something like this one or this one has some nice digits you could play with.

I use Paint.net to make my pages. It cannot handle PSD files - if those are involved. Usually PNG files are no problems at all.

I usually use MS Paint to cut, crop and create whatever I need, (adding text to an image for example) and while it says it can create PNGs, I usually end up with PNGs that are not transparents. Maybe there is some transparency step or details I am missing out on....

Jessica. Those lovely brown numbers from the Dear Old Dad Kit will be Perfect for what I need. I can use those and I can download each one individually. Thanks for the suggestions. smiley

Thanks for the feedback Robynne! For Paint, you are correct in that it will not save a transparent png as far as I could see. However, it can copy and paste a transparent file, so it will not have the white background when pasting into a file. This is what you can do:

Open the transparent png file. For example the page of the Alpha. Then in MS Paint find your select tool, use the arrow to drop down and you should see a "transparent selection" option. Use this to select an area on the alpha page. Now click "Copy". Then in your layout page select "Paste". You should now have a transparent image. I tested it out in my Paint program that comes with windows and this method works for copying a transparent image. However it will still save as a flat image with no transparency so this method isn't for creating transparent pngs, just using them to add to a non-transparent image.

Have you tried Gimp before? It's just about as powerful as Photoshop and allows for PSD/layered items. It's free and has been around for ages. I've used it myself over the years. It does take some time getting used to it and all its options. But it has improved vastly over the years. Just thought I'd mention in case you hadn't heard of it before. smiley

Happy you found something that works for you Robynne!

I have heard of GIMP and I did download it but it had a really steep learning curve. I might re-learn it for later!! smiley

I would def suggest Gimp for a free program. It's much more advanced and handles png's and other file formats much better.

Like I said, I will look into Gimp later. I promise.

I am about to start the 100 days project - which starts tomorrow - and I have to be able to create 100 pages over the next 100 days - from now until early July. Now is not the time to learn a new software program.

After this project is done, I promise, I will look into GIMP. Thanks guys.

Hey Robynne, I used Paint.net for a while and it is quite a powerful tool. The thing is you need to add plugins so you can have a more versatile software to scrapbook. I don't think it is inferior to GIMP. The downside is it is only available for windows and GIMP is available to virtually any platform...
Here is a plugin that will let you open layered PSD files:

Here is where you can find a tutorial on installing plugins and thousands of others:
PAINT.NET plugins
I hope those help you!

OOH plugins - noone ever said anything about plugins. Thank you Cintia!!!

You are welcome! Oh, you are going to have tons of fun! smiley

Download successful - Tutorial and instructions were perfect!!

PSD file is now loaded. Thank you so much Cintia!!!

My PC is running Windows 7 and so I'm not worried about Mac or Linux or anything else.

I dont have a clue how to use those anyway. smiley

Again, Thank you.

No problem Robynne. I just remembered, here is a site about scrapbook that uses PAINT.NET ( The tutorial is really old and you probably know everything she is talking about but who knows? Maybe there is one or two tricks over there you'll find useful:
