Should I reupload my first layout with a new name?

I have just been reading some of the Blog train threads and i notice that there is always a mention of keeping your name with your graphics/elements/layouts.

Since I uploaded my first layout without my name - it is the bright yellow one in the gallery labelled Happy birthday feb 2019. I now want to add my name to it - that being robloz. So how do I delete the old layout so that I can re-upload the newly renamed layout?

Thank you.

Hi Robynne, click "my profile" (top right of the page) then click "my gallery" then click the layout and at the top, you will see buttons for "view" "edit" and "tag" choose edit and you can add whatever you want without needing to delete.

Hey Rob, you will love digital scrapbooking.

There is this requirement on blog train guidelines because most people dowloading willl unzip all the designers´files in the same folder, so if they don´t tag it with their initials it´s impossible to check the terms of use and give proper credits to the designers.

It´s not the case of gallery layouts, since other people aren´t supposed to dowload them, and inside the site, when someone click on the layout they´ll always see that you are the author. Here is how your layout appears to me with your name, bio, contacts and credits.

so, you don´t need to write your name as in a blogtrain... I guess you can do it if you want, but it´s not necessary.

Keep posting, we´re glad to see your creations smiley

I have no idea what a blog train is, but thank you Lorien for your explanation. I've chosen to just keep this layout as is.

In the meantime I have now added 3 more layouts, so I am getting used to the process. I have also given myself the challenge of doing the 100 days project this year - https://www.the100dayproject.org/

This project starts on April 2nd and runs until mid July of 2019. One new layout page every day, for 100 days!!

Fortunately I have tons of pics and a ready made subject - ME!! I am currently aged in my 50s - so one layout for every year of my life so far will take up half the challenge. And then any other events, plus other family members, hobbies, my favourites, and some of my ancestry, should use up the rest of the days.

Sounds like a fun challenge Robynne!

Thanks Marisa. smiley

I have just discovered that there are actually TWO 100 days projects - both involve doing creative challenges for 100 days.

The one I found, and will participate in, is the 100 Days project dot ORG.

The other one is 100 days project dot COM. This one is currently doing 2 projects - one from Winter solstice to Spring solstice - which means it will end in the next few days. The other project runs from January to the end of April.
