Tagging Digital Supplies

I am trying to organize my digital supplies- mostly things I am using to design such as paper templates, buttons, etc.

Currently, I am tagging by keyword in adobe bridge, but I was wondering if there is a way to add a keyword to things within the folders on my PC? The overall search function is GREAT, but I am tagging with things such as stripes, dots, etc. so that I can easily see all the stripe options I have.

I don't think there is, except possibly if you changed the title.

Desiree ... can I suggest you buy an EHD ... external hard drive .. they aren't expensive now, especially when they are on sale ... you can store all your files on there and if something happens to your system they are safe ... I have my external back onto another external which leaves my main drive clean to work on. Then you can sort things the way you want into files of your own and use the search engine on your computer to find a folder if you need to. I also store all my extra fonts etc on the EHD ... too many of those can slow down your Adobe software ... so can using bridge ... I haven't used it in years and keep it clear because it is such a hog smiley

I have an EHD! Thank you!

I don't use adobe bridge, but I do find that if a word is in the folder name or the file name, my program tends to bring it up when I'm searching. (I'm lazy - I don't tag at all - so I'm so glad most designers name their elements smiley )
