Hi, Bina,

I love your templates and have tried to download them several times from your shop, but every time I try to check out I get the following message:

"You have been temporarily locked out of this system. This means that you will not be able to log in for a while."

The problem is that my account is NEVER unlocked. Please help!

Just No One

this is one reason why requiring people to join or register to a store, or facebook to get a blog train feebie is a bad idea...
not to mention, people that are not friends or family and don't know the person are generally Very turned off to returning to a store etc that requires this, especially when they have hassles joining or logging in. I learned the hard way, plus many complaints, from both potential customers as well as people from here, and one of the moderators telling me this was a no no to boot. Really not sure why it is allowed now after being told not to put my blog train freebies behind a wall so to speak (make it hard) and commercial use (promotng my shop/store when the blog train was supposed to be free was also frowned upon I was told) I realise this particular freebie is not part of a blog train (unless I am wrong) but same concept, and same pain!

yeah I tried a couple times, a couple weeks ago, and again last night, but still got led in circles.
