There are no stupid questions. I'm assuming you're using Photoshop. It's actually quite simple!
1. Open the gray scale image.
2. Add a new layer.
3. Fill with color and/or pattern of your choice.
4. Right click on the colored layer and left click on "Create Clipping Mask".
5. Choose a blending mode that fits your fancy.
6. Merge visible and save!
I've been doing the Make-A-Kit Extravaganza Challenge (<--- Day 1 thread if you want to join!) and needed to create something with glitter for the BINGO portion. I decided to make a ladybug and created a template for it. So, now I'm sharing it with you! It's a 6-layer template in PSPimage and PSD formats. Happy scrapping!
Thank you, though I don't use them all that much, I am a hoarder of all scrapbooking stuff, regardless of their use to me...because I'm always sure they'll come in handy one day, especially if its cu!!! & we want to make something for the guys!
All these freebies you are sharing shows what a generous person you are, that too cu items...Bless you for your generosity!
Chitra, you're quite welcome! I'm a hoarder myself, so I get it. haha You never know when you're going to need something. Sometimes there's just that one element that will go perfect with a layout's photos. Thank you for the nice words. I enjoy sharing as much as possible!
Christina, thank you so much for the latest goodies. I had to have the gears and the screws and the ladybug and the hummingbird! So excited to add them to my stash. Your generosity and talent are much appreciated. It kinda feels like Christmas already with all these gifts I got from you today! THANK YOU!
This kit is pretty generic. It was created for the designer speed challenge. The challenge called for a one-hour time limit. Talk about working yourself up into a frenzy! LOL Enjoy!
Created this for the November Free Color designer challenge. I really, really love this color palette. Most of the color choices were chosen by Bina Greene, who is moderating the challenge. I changed one color to the chocolatey brown. Enjoy!
