How about "Love is the Answer" for the theme? That way each designer could take whatever path strikes them - Valentine-y or family love or whatever. I had 2 palettes selected but can't figure out how to get the image in my post. I HAVE to get that figured out before Jan1 so I can participate in the January Blog Train. Never got it last month so I didn't participate. I know - there are directions on how to do it, but it doesn't work for me for some reason!
