Asking for a member of the community who uses My Memories, what is the easiest way to resize a JPG for the gallery? Would you use My Memories, or is there another free option that works well?

Not familiar with My Memories so can't speak to that software but I use Photoscape for quick and simple edits on the computer or a tool like Image Resizer online - both free.
Does anyone recommend a program for changing a photo into a watercolor painting ? I did one sometime back and forgot what program I used. It was a free online site. Thanks in advance!
