Elif has a style that might be usefull.. but I think you have to be a subscriber or patron to get it..

Thanks, everyone! Elif's style is sort of what I have in mind. But would I be able to create puffy designs of my own using her instructions or would it only create more designs similar to hers? I'd like a tutorial to teach me how to do it myself, if such a tutorial is available. Thanks again!!
@Jalisa Wenger I have just discovered shapes and have got Photoshop Elements. I found these last night while searching I am certain if you are using photoshop you can find some that you can use here.♥ Styles Photoshop
If you will click on Styles Photoshop and then click back on the bottom of each page she has tons of different ones. I downloaded several. Hope this helps.

Do you have an example of what you're looking for? There are some great styles that you might be able to mix and match depending on the effect.

I'd suggest starting with her style, and then you can always edit and adjust the layer styles to your own liking.
