There is no 'vault'.
As a subscriber or a patron, you can download kits.. just go to the tab kits on top of the page and you will find many pages with kits.
I am a patron and I have 236 pages with 40 kits per page!
You can also DL graphics, without the restriction of 5 per day.

Patricia is correct, the Vault just automatically shows up in your browsing and searching once you're a patron.
