iz there a BEZT way (preferred by the ARTizts here) to azk for their permission to uze their D’zigns from a “Personal Use" download… ?

(pzzzt … still trying to figure out the correct way to link an image from my galley to the forum … they’Re showing up iN my reply but not one that can B’ clicked … ? should the pozts B’ D’leted B’cuz some of the imagez uzed could B’ queztionable to “use”…?)
Lynn, you can use Personal Use for the LO's you post here.
Comercial use, is when you want to sell your LO's or use the graphics to create something else you want to sell (or give as a freebie).
When you make an LO for someone else as a gift you can use personal use.
BUT you always have to flatten your page if you give it to someone else. (give it as a jpg, not a psd or tiff)
To link your LO in a post to your LO in the gallery: keep both tabs open: post and gallery (make sure your LO is the only one on the page).
After you put your LO in your post, go back to the gallery, now copy the URL of that gallery page, go back to your post, click (or doubleclick?) on your LO in the post (it will become blue) then click on the link symbol (second from the left-just under the y from the word 'reply') and paste your URL in the pop-up. click ok.
post your reply, now you will see the curser change to a hand when you place it on your LO.
