Tonight I just wasn't in the mood to design and had the itch to scrap. When sifting through the forums, I ran across one of the January layout challenges. It pays homage to the amazing scrapper (and one of my fab CT members, I might add), Kavel. The challenge was to scrap-lift one of her works of art. So, here's my tribute to Kavel.
The layout contains my sweet just barely 1 year old who is now 6 and such a strong, smart, sassy, loving, beautiful little peanut. She always has been. With as crazy as the last year has been, the phrase 'I'm so lucky to be her mommy!' has taken on new meaning. I look forward to seeing her grow and develop into the smart, strong, young woman that I know she'll become.
It was created from scratch in Photoshop CS6 with several elements from my latest couple of Toolbox Calendar bundles (both elements and templates).
