Photography has been a passion for me since I was first allowed to use my Dad's (film!) SLR as a child. You would think scrapping would be a natural fit.
I tried traditional scrapbooking in about 2001, but found it was too fiddly and time consuming for me, and I was terrified of wrecking my photos! That exposure morphed into a card-making hobby, though...I loved all the pretty papers and stamps, and have amassed quite a collection.
A friend introduced me to digital scrapping in 2013, and it solved all the things I didn't like about traditional scrapping, though it introduced a whole new issue - I love making papers so much that I still don't get much scrapping done! It's a great hobby, though, and I love being able to complement my images with pretty papers and just the right embellishment.
