I always love cooking out of old cookbooks. My son & I whipped up an authentic 1890's lemon pound cake. It's delish!

Journaling reads: My son helped me make a lemon pound cake. We followed the above 1890s recipe exactly. It took awhile to bake but we made two loaves of lemon pound cake.
