About Me
My name is Jessica but you can call me Jessi or Jess if you prefer!
Wife. Mother. Designer. Keeper of chickens, turkeys & an old house. A few favorite things : Autumn. Winter. Coffee. Old Books & Photos. Fireplaces. Cotton & Linen. Antiques. Ribbons. Nature.
'The Curio Pantry' is what I design under. If you are not familiar with my designs they are a bit eclectic, mostly elegant & vintage inspired designs with a little cuteness here and there. I dabble with hand drawing so at times you may see some of that worked into kits.

Journaling reads:
Late 19th/early 20th century artifacts dug from the entrance. Another bunch of artifacts (below) I still need to clean are from the same area just to the right. I’m pretty sure a privy had been dug out where the bathroom is now & thrown below the kitchen.

One bottle was Hamlin’s Wizard Oil sold from 1861 to abt 1920.

It’s never a good idea to remove stone foundation & not support it. At some point the brickwall fell or was removed. We are fixing the area where they removed the stone for the plumbing. The right side we will have to move back into place since it has slid out.
This started June 14th and picked back up July 2 & 3.
