About Me
My name is Jessica but you can call me Jessi or Jess if you prefer!
Wife. Mother. Designer. Keeper of chickens, turkeys & an old house. A few favorite things : Autumn. Winter. Coffee. Old Books & Photos. Fireplaces. Cotton & Linen. Antiques. Ribbons. Nature.
'The Curio Pantry' is what I design under. If you are not familiar with my designs they are a bit eclectic, mostly elegant & vintage inspired designs with a little cuteness here and there. I dabble with hand drawing so at times you may see some of that worked into kits.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
My little man has curls and everyone asks where they come from. Since no one in my family or dear hubby's has any curly headed people or babies. Wavy yes...ringlets no. Then I remembered this old photo of one of my ancestral family, Ralph Starr Lovell. I had no idea what the connection was to me but I researched and quickly found out he is a 1st cousin line. He is the closest looking head of curls I have found yet to match my boy. Ralph's twin sister has no curls so it was not a dominant trait. Gotta love DNA and throwbacks! This time it was 135 years in the making Well as far as I know any way.
Credits -> I used parts from the Family Day Collab {only changed some hue/sat} as well as stitches from Elif Sahin.
