About Me
Retired Hospital Scientist. ( worked in hospital Pathology Departments ) Live in Sydney, Australia. Hobbies are photography, bushwalking, manual scrapbooking, making items with photos online with Snapfish, x-stitch, reading, watching TV documentaries. I have a boyfriend, with whom I go out as much as is possible - we share lots of things in common - watching movies, walking. We used to go caving, canyoning, but these things are pretty well out of my reach these days. I've just taken up digital scrapbooking, & have to admit I'm addicted - but that's OK. I manage to mostly fit other stuff into the day, that needs doing. I have a feathered baby called Monty. He's a very talkative, inquisitive cockatiel, & I would totally miss him if anything were to happen to him. I have to scrap while he's in the cage, otherwise he's on the keyboard, removing the keys! Jesus is my Lord & Saviour, & my Home is Heaven - I'm very much looking forward to being there with Him.

I created a LO around this amazing photo, with The Photographer by Creative Monkey Graphics from Sweetshoppe Designs. Turtles of all sizes are on the extiction list. The Australian Tourism company was forced to take the large photo down from Social Media. I don't know where the photo was taken, or, the photo of the miniature turtle. The inspiration for this LO came from Lou Smith's Bountiful spring.

You could be right, Bina. Glad you liked the SD card element. Thanks for your comment.
That is one awesome shot, Jill! And I love the little SD card element. I will have to make an SD card ellie too, lol. That is really super cute. Am I right, guessing they had to take it down because the lady is shopped into their territory or is she actually swimming in turtle territory? That would be a bit much to advertise with, I reckon.... Thanks for sharing this great page, Jill.
I Googled Giant Sea Turtles ( which those are),& normally they will not attack except if someone is in their territory, & they feel threatened. Best to keep out of their way.
Are those giant tortoises? It must be a drone photo. I didn't quite understand why the ausstralien government does not like this photo in the alternative media. These animals aren't dangerous for bathers, are they, Jill?
