About Me
Hi there! I'm a teacher. I try to find as much time as I can to edit photos and make digital scrapbook albums. I'll admit it: I'm addicted. Holidays with my husband are my favorite subjects. I also spend lots of time managing my stash of digital papers, templates, png's etc. It's turning into a hobby in itself. Does anyone else suffer from this same tic? :)
I love browsing on PixelScrapper. Especially the stories behind photos or layouts are of interest to me.

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
Still working on the old negatives turned digital. This is our engagement in (ahem) 1978, which we celebrated in the lovely Medieval town of Bruges in Belgium. The template is PS Template by RLR Creations. The middle paper with the diagonal stripe fabric I made myself, the other 2 are PixelScrapper. I gave them a texture to make it look a bit like metal, and I quite like how the punched out hearts turned out
The font in the punched out window is A Ripping Yarn, which looks like it's been embroidered. I then gave it a colored glass text effect from www.photoshoptexteffects.com . I did the same with the title, Brugge, which is the Dutch word for Bruges. The heart is a freebie from www.pixelberrypie.com which I turned to black and white.
The picture of me with the Afro hairstyle (very fashionable in the '70s, I must add...) is in the school yearbook, much to the amusement of my students

Thanks Penny, I like the stories behind the layouts of the contributors as much as the layouts themselves.
Sweet memories! I appreciate all the detail in your description about how you created the page and what products you used.
