Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
Well, I'd taken these photos and figured I may as well scrapbook them. Besides, I could write a bit more about each of the cookies...I wouldn't normally write. hahaha For my December daily project.
Used Marisa's layout template 762. I added another paper layer and moved everything over to the left to make sure I had lots of space for my journaling.
Used The Good Life: December 2020 Christmas bundle.

Thanks, Dianne and Linda. I’ll give it a go both with the scrap lift and YouTube.
@Kat - I'm the same way... I don't see the possiblities at first. That's why I look at so many other layouts and get ideas from other scrappers. I'm not good enough yet, but am gaining experience. I tend to stick graphics everywhere but I did go on YouTube to watch how clusters are made. I got some good tips on YouTube, there are so many scrapbooking tutorials. Marisa has good ones too.
Thanks, Kat and Dianne!
Kat - definitely go for it!
Dianne - you bet! All for the love of scrapbooking. hahaha. ;-)
Linda - thank you so much for the tips! I am doing as you suggest, but still not as nice as yours! But I'm getting more comfortable with the templates so I copied the first and did a second with different colours. I appreciate the time you take to reply to me, thank you again!
I love this. When I see templates I never seem to “see” the possibilities but I absolutely love what you’ve done with it. I may copy your idea and use the template this way myself.
Fab.
Thanks, Bourico and Dianne!
Dianne - so glad to hear that you're trying these templates. I've really picked up a lot of cool ideas from using them that I do when I create layouts from scratch. This is the second time I've used this one...the last time I did, I turned it on its side because my photos were vertical, not squares. One thing that saves me time as well is to start with a single kit. That way, I know that all of the colors/hues and patterns will go together...and so will the embellishments. Then if I don't find an element that hits me, I'll go searching through the rest of my stash.
I'm going to try to use this template myself. A self-challenge! lol
Fabulous!
very beautiful layout!
