Thank you, ladies. It is indeed delicious. You do have to get the special rings to make the graduated sizes. My husband only makes it once/year unless there's a special occasion.
I am part Norwegian and know nothing about the traditions and culture. My SIL's mother, who is half Norwegian, and I were just talking at Christmas about revisiting Kransekaks and other homeland yummies. I think these will be on the menu next year!
