Description

For the February WLM Not So Picture Perfect layout challenge to scrap photos that aren't so great. These photos are blurry, the lighting wasn't great and one of the photos had a red light all over it. I decided to turn the red photo into black and white. I used photo masks by AMarie for the three small photos.
