About Me
Married to my best friend for 28 years. Mom of 6, Nana of 3, avid scrapbooker, photographer, Critical Care/ICU Nurse (working on my doctorate as an acute care Nurse Practitioner). I used to manage a store called the Scrapbook Nook and was an avid paper scrapper. I turned to digital after we closed the store. It is not as easy for me, and it takes me so much longer to make a layout. Then I tweak it forever and it never seems to be "finished". I get lots of inspiration and speed tips here at PixelScrapper. It's a great resource for both inspiration and support. Love me some DigitalScrapbook.com!!!!

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
My husband's graduation from WKU, with multiple honors. (He went back to school at the age of 42 and was very apprehensive.) I was inspired by the colors in the Family Game Night Bundle. I used Megan Turnidge's Teusday Template #12. This is my first scrapbook page in a few years.

Love the coloours. Great page. Congrats to your husband on his accomplishment !!
Love how you clustered everything over to the rhs. Congrats to your DH!
Congrats to your DH what a wonderful accomplishment. And to you also for creating a digi page;)
Both of you have a right to be proud of him. It is so hard to go back to school as a untraditional student. I attended college for awhile with our youngest child. At time he was proud of me at other times a bit embarrassed when his classmates teased him. Our children have college degrees, but my husband and I never finished ours. I have enough hours to complete almost two degrees due to major changes and did not finish due to major health issues. This is something I still regret.
Very nice layout by the way. Thank you for sharing both your layout and a bit about the story behind it.
Thanks! It is nice to be scrapping again, so I thought I would start with an easy subject!
what a great achievement! and cum laude too! congratulations!
Great clustering. I really like how the text that is behind everything is just repeated over and over so nothing is lost because it is behind.
