This is so fun! And making me wish that I could actually get templates to work on my dinosaur version of Photoshop. Grr.

kraft, paints, confetti stars- tracy martin (various old freebies)
layout template- paddy wolf

i used a star shape brush on scatter mode to fill my letters, selecting the letters first to avoid unwanted spillover. easy peasy!
