About Me
New to Digital Scrapbooking, just started in 2019, want to make a record of family stories before my mother passes away. My dad died in 2016. I currently live in Canada but was born and raised in New Zealand, and emigrated to Canada upon marrying my Canadian spouse. Home Country - lets see - New Zealand or Canada? Which to choose? Most of my photos will be from NZ, but any pics of my son will be from Canada. MY IP Address will say that I am in Canada which is fine. My mother and sister are still back in NZ so I will make my home country as NZ for now. For Facebook, I dont check it every day - I am not addicted to FB, and I use a different name for privacy. My image is myself as a child - aged about 2 or 3 years old

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
My name is Robynne and I am addicted to books. I am a Biblioholic.
I have loved reading ever since I was taught to read as a 4 year old. As a teenager I discovered the National Geographic Magazine. There was a huge pile of old NG magazines in the garage of our home and I used to spend hours reading them. I think this is what got me interested in the social sciences. Geography, History, Politics, Maps, Anthropology, etc etc.
For the record, Libraries and Books also come under the Social Science umbrella. Several years later I discovered the world of Bibliography. I love books. I will cheerfully admit that I am a Biblioholic, and a Bibliophile. I love books about books. Books about old and rare books and manuscripts. Books about Libraries. Books about book collections. While I cannot afford to collect books, I most certainly love reading about them.
This layout shows 3 books written by 2 American women (Rostenberg and Stern) who collected/bought and sold rare books in NYC. They wrote several memoirs and these are some of my most favourite books of all time.
Indeed most of the layouts in this series will feature books from the Social Sciences because that is my most favourite genre to read about.
