New to Digital Scrapbooking, just started in 2019, want to make a record of family stories before my mother passes away. My dad died in 2016. I currently live in Canada but was born and raised in New Zealand, and emigrated to Canada upon marrying my Canadian spouse. Home Country - lets see - New Zealand or Canada? Which to choose? Most of my photos will be from NZ, but any pics of my son will be from Canada. MY IP Address will say that I am in Canada which is fine. My mother and sister are still back in NZ so I will make my home country as NZ for now. For Facebook, I dont check it every day - I am not addicted to FB, and I use a different name for privacy. My image is myself as a child - aged about 2 or 3 years old

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
As I sit here typing this, I have watched several firework celebrations from around the world, bring in the new year of 2021. I have also seen that several firework shows were sadly cancelled. The biggest one, of course, being London in the UK.
I am on the East Coast of North America - and as of right now - the NYC Ball Drop has not yet happened. There is still just under 3 hours left to go for that.
So I thought I would post a nice celebration Layout.
The left photo shows the Sky Tower fireworks in Auckland, New Zealand - which happened some 15 hours ago. Right now it is after 3 PM on 1st January in NZ!!!
The right photo is of course the Eiffel tower in Paris. This display was happening 3 hours ago. I think it is currently around 3 AM in the morning in Paris.
I just wanted to make sure that i got this layout up while it was still Dec 2020 on the East Coast!!
