New to Digital Scrapbooking, just started in 2019, want to make a record of family stories before my mother passes away. My dad died in 2016. I currently live in Canada but was born and raised in New Zealand, and emigrated to Canada upon marrying my Canadian spouse. Home Country - lets see - New Zealand or Canada? Which to choose? Most of my photos will be from NZ, but any pics of my son will be from Canada. MY IP Address will say that I am in Canada which is fine. My mother and sister are still back in NZ so I will make my home country as NZ for now. For Facebook, I dont check it every day - I am not addicted to FB, and I use a different name for privacy. My image is myself as a child - aged about 2 or 3 years old

Shadow of the Night - the second book of the All Souls Trilogy.
In this book, Diana and Matthew travel back to the time of Elizabethan London - the late 1500s - and also spend some time at the court of the Holy Roman Emperor Rudolph 2, in the city of Prague.
In London they meet Mary Sidney, John Dee, Christopher Marlow, Walter Raleigh, Henry Percy and several other well known personalities.
Their main mission is to find a tutor who could teach Diana how to recover the magic that she has suppressed throughout her childhood and teenage years. At the same time, they are also looking into Matthews past history as well.
I loved this book. The detail of life in the courts of Elizabeth and Rudolph and the details of life on the city streets, was extremely well researched and written. I could so easily imagine myself living there.
Also this trilogy has been picked up for Television, with each book being a complete season. The first season has aired on Sky TV in both the UK and the USA. Book 2 and Book 3 will be filmed as Seasons 2 and 3. Diana is played by Teresa Palmer and Matthew by Matthew Goode.
