About Me
I am happily retired and enjoying life with my DH Jerry. We have a wonderful daughter, SIL, and two of the world's greatest grandchildren. I enjoy photography, digital scrapping, genealogy, and singing in the choir.
Description
Our next tour is along the St. Lawrence River northeast of Quebec to Montmorency Falls, the highest in Canada. They are 275 feet high (98 ft. higher than Niagara). We decide not to climb the 487 steps to the top but take the aerial tramway instead. Once up top, we visit the hotel and gift shop, as Sharon needs a cap. A suspension bridge crosses the cascade so we can look directly down the falls. On the other side is a pleasant park with trees, trails, and tables, where we partake of our picnic lunch. Ziplining across the falls is offered but we are not interested in trying that adventure. September 5, 2015
