I've discovered digital scrapbooking... which I must say is much easier than when I tried paper scrapping 16 years ago! I find that I can be so much more creative using digital. I'm still learning, so please be patient if I ask a lot of questions!

In this case, the double photo was easy. The template is a BIG help! But basically, you put your photo where you want it on the page. Then duplicate the layer. On the bottom layer, you fade it, or blend it, or mask it. Whatever effect you want. On the top layer, cut out the part you want to frame. I love the effect, but it's something I struggle with to make it look just right!
Wonderful concept for this piece. How did you achieve the double photo?
