The DigitalScrapbook.com Team

Meet the amazing DigitalScrapbook.com team! We don't have an application page right now, but if you're interested in joining us for any of the positions below, we post call outs in the forums from time to time: so your best bet is to keep an eye on things, and be active in the community!

Fearless Leaders

Marisa first started DigitalScrapbook.com as a hobby site in 2010 (originally called Pixel Scrapper). In 2012 she got Jordan to come on board as webmaster and systems administrator.

  1. Hi There! I’m Marisa Lerin and you’ll see me around at DigitalScrapbook.com a lot. I started this site in 2010 soon after I discovered a new love in digital scrapbooking. DigitalScrapbook.com has gone through some significant changes since that time and it’s grown into this lovely community site you are seeing now. I am daily surprised by the turn of life’s events that has led me down this path. If you're new to the site, welcome! Here are a few tidbits about me that I hope will help you get to know me better!

I’m originally from Minnesota, USA, but spent a good chunk of my childhood living abroad (in Bolivia and Hong Kong). I returned to Minnesota to attend university, got married and then moved overseas again (Korea, then Jordan and 1 year of traveling). My designs are heavily influenced by these many nomadic years. I am currently back in the USA, now living in the great state of Oregon!

I have no official training for what I’m doing, since I decided very wisely (haha) to study physics in university. I am always learning new things about digital scrapbooking, and this community has been immensely helpful for that!

If I manage to stop digital scrapbooking you will probably find me watching TV, reading or baking. I also enjoy writing for the blog here at DigitalScrapbook.com where I talk about whatever happens to be catching my fancy at the moment.

  2. I'm married to Marisa Lerin. I don't do much digital scrapbooking myself, but I am passionate about creativity, visual design, technology, and the web. I also help to run this website!

Junior Webmaster

Thani is is our junior webmaster extraordinaire and customer support ninja!

  1. Hi! I'm Jordan's youngest brother. I grew up in North Africa and the Middle East and have spent much of my life popping from place to place. For the last few years I've been living in Northern California, and I recently got married to a woman that surpasses everything I could've dreamed for. I graduated from a smallish university in western Tennessee where I studied a little bit of everything but primarily English literature and also performed in many plays. I'm on the tech side of things on the site, but am all about creative endeavors in general! I like too many things, but some of my favorites are adventures and the simple pleasures of life, both enjoyed with people I love!

Designers

Our designers are super talented and super tight: friends who met right here at DigitalScrapbook.com! Click on their profile pictures to see their designs and learn more about them.

'The Curio Pantry' is what I design under. If you are not familiar with my designs they are a bit eclectic, mostly elegant & vintage inspired designs with a little cuteness here and there. I dabble with hand drawing so at times you may see some of that worked into kits.

“I don’t profess to be profound, but I do lay claim to common sense.” Emily Dickinson

  2. Lover of all things vintage and shabby.

  3. Hey scrappy friends! I live in MN with my husband and 4 kids (21, 18, 13 and 6) I started scrapbooking 20 years when my first son with one. It didn’t come easy for me in the beginning but I LOVED my pictures so much that I wanted them to shine and I wanted our memories recorded alongside them. I persisted and found my scrappy voice. I have loads of physical scrapbooks that I love! We have lived all over the country and I have packed up and hulled my scrapbook supplies along. It is usually one of the first rooms I unpack!

Once my third son was born (along the smart phone with it’s endless stream of photo taking capabilities) I became bogged down with photos! I then started digital scrapbooking and pocket page scrapping. While I still physical scrapbook, I now get most of my pages done in the Project Life app…on my phone, in the car, on the plane, in bed! I need my scrapping to be fast, flexible and on-the-go to stay current!

I started designing pocket card kit in 2020 at the onset of the global pandemic. I really want my photos to shine so I love a clean, minimal style with a lot of white space. I really enjoy creating color palettes, patterns and word art. Sometimes a find a little grunge to go a long way too!

  4. I have been married for 40+ years, have 3 adult children, nine grandchildren, two flame point cats, and a standard poodle.

Many of my designs can be mixed and matched so be sure to check out my previous uploads.

  5. Hey there,

I'm Janet. I was born and raised in Minnesota. My favorite title is mommy to two of the smartest, most beautiful, spunky, sweet girls out there. When I'm not taking care of the little peanuts, I run my photography and design businesses.

I stumbled across DigitalScrapbook.com early on when it was first started (before it became the site that it is today). Ironically, I ended up messaging Marisa to see if I could help contribute. I wanted to find a way to give back. Little did I realize that years later I would end up being fortunate enough to join this fab team! :)

  6. I was born and raised in Central Ohio, USA. I am a mother of 4 wonderful children, 2 boys and 2 girls, ages 24, 22, 19, and 17. I am Naani, to a 4 year old grandson! My life partner is Roy and he has 3 amazing boys, ages 16, 14, and 12.

I started paper scrapbooking in 1999, but it didn't last long, I found it expensive and hard to manage the collection of supplies and managing layouts when using a dining table to create, so I stopped sometime in 2000. I picked up digital scrapbooking in 2006, on a forum on the parenting site I was visiting daily. I also began designing professionally for Elemental Scraps and PickleBerryPop and a few other shops, but went on hiatus during a divorce and then again during my late adult college years. You may have seen me in other forums as rachelbrein or scarlettcharm.

I love scrapbooking. It serves 2 purposes for me. Creative outlet and preserving the random and poignant moments of my life.

And I love this place, fellow designers and the PS community where everyone is so helpful and full of love!

I am also wife to a wonderful, loving, and supportive husband and mom to two energetic boys.

  13. I came to digital scrapbooking by way of Project Life, which I did in physical form for the first year and then tried out doing digitally, and became hooked for life on digital documenting. I made my first designs to share as contributions for DigitalScrapbook.com blog trains, and am thrilled to now be part of the DigitalScrapbook.com design team! I create products for digital pocket scrapbooking and traditional scrapbooking, and want to support people however I can in creatively and easefully documenting their lives.

You can follow along with my Project Life adventures (and find past blog train goodies and other freebies) at my blog, Scrumptiously: http://eversoscrumptiously.wordpress.com/

  16. I am a dedicated stay at home mom to a most awesome husband and 4 amazing children. My husband and I have been married for 20 years, and my children are my everything. My most favorite thing in the world to do apart from family time is design. I've been into scrapbooking forever, but started the digi world of scrapbooking for about 5 years now, and started designing about 2 years ago. I also love reading to, playing with, and homeschooling my little ones. We are in the military, so we have also traveled a lot, but I am happy to be finally settled here in Alabama and retiring this year!

  17. I'm a tea drinking scrap-addict that can often be seen holding a camera in my hands.

  18. Wife and mother of two, webdesigner by day and scrapaddict by night!

Moderators

Our moderators are super friendly, super active community members who keep our forums running like a well-oiled machine! Now if only Jordan would help them out by implementing forum search...

  1. I love to scrap. I scrap in both digital and traditional. I got into scrapping about 17 years ago because I absolutely love photography and was working on my husbands and mine genealogy at the time. I am a self-professed "pin"aholic on Pinterest!!!

  2. Mom to an adult son. Grandma to a 3 yr old granddaughter and a 9 yr old bonus grandson by marriage. I live in southern New England, USA. I'm a big fan of sci-fi and fantasy (Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, etc.), and Discovery+. I no longer use social media. I've been digital scrapbooking, off and on, for 15+ years. I'm a rebel and use Corel Paintshop Pro, but slowly learning Photoshop. I stumbled upon this site years ago and have loved it ever since!

  3. I'm a 55-year-old, wife of Freddy for 33 years, mother of two daughters, Lacy-25 (Shawn-27), and USMC LCpl Anne-22, Grammy to Kolten Cooper-5, Caddie-2, and Hunter-2mos, fur-mommy to Harley-1 our Chug (Chihuahua-Pug), MOTO-Marine Mom, KIA-driving, book-reading, music-collecting, computer-surfing, wine-drinking, photo-snappin', SCRAPBOOKING DIVA! Crazy!
I've just started "designing" some digi-scrap items, mainly for the PS Blog Trains. I'm thrilled that so many people give me such wonderful kudos for my pieces even though I will never compare to some of the amazing designers here. Scrapbooking is creative outlet and secret place of sanity. My major scrapping accomplishments include our Grandson Kolten's First Year Album (126 pages.....first grandchild, yeah I went overboard!). I just finished our granddaughter Caddie's ABC Album (since she didn't live with us, I was able to stay more realistic about this one). Memory albums for my Gram and my Dad. Honor albums for my Hubby and my Mom. I am now working, somewhat sporadically on my own All About Me Album, while continuing to create pages for our family annual album.
If you don't know enough about me by now, you never will............ Oh yeah, I tend to be sarcastic.........
My occupation doesn't even begin to describe what I do............SPED Para, MA Billing Specialist, AT Specialist, MTAS Administrator, SPED ECSE Clerk.

  4. I'm a 50+ yo mother of 19yo twin girls married to a wondrous Norwegian husband. We have a sweet, always-looking-for-attention, 6yo Portuguese Water Dog named Maji (Swahili for "water"). We love to travel the world, photography, read books, play tennis, hike, sail, play/coach field hockey, bike...really, anything outdoors.

  7. I'm forever grateful to Elif Sahin for introducing me to DigitalScrapbook.com where everyone is so helpful and lovely. I grew up at the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and love photography and memory keeping.

Apart from everything crafty, I love fishing and the sea, the outdoors in general, spending time with family and friends at rodeos.

Many of my designs can be mixed and matched so be sure to check out my previous uploads.

  9. I am new to designing stationary and invitations. I haven't tried my hand at creating my own papers and graphics, but look forward to the day I have photoshop and can learn how to use it. Right now, designing birthday, and other party, invitations is a hobby and as a SAHM it gives me some me time. I get a ton of gratification out of creating something that I know the recipient loves.

I discovered digital scrapbooking a few years ago, and although I don't have much time for it between work and sports, I'm totally hooked! I'm learning more and more from the DigitalScrapbook.com community and love sharing my projects and gaining inspiration from others'.

  13. Hello! My name is Lorien and I am a thirty-something years-old from São Paulo, Brazil, married for almost a decade, and proud kitten mom.
I got in contact with DigitalScrapbook.com before it was the amazing site you´re seeing, when I was looking for some assets for hybrid scrapbooking. I enjoyed it so much that I´m on this site since the closed beta. I was a beginner back then and I learned a lot here, and soon became forum moderator as a way to give a little back. It was because of DigitalScrapbook.com that I started designing too. It prooved a really useful skill for my small craft business.

  14. I enjoy digital scrapping. I actually do both digital and paper scrapping. Something I have been doing for years.
I enjoy researching my families past. Have made many contacts and connected with family members I did not even know existed. I have been compiling history, pictures and documents to date.
I am a designer, web designer, and a Professor at our local College.

    Happy scrapping.

  15. My name is Kayl, pronounced like the leafy green kale. I'm 27 and living in Sweden with my husband Fredrik. We had our first surviving little one, Alexander, born Feb 4th, 2018!

I'm still not sure I know what I'm doing when I create kits but I do enjoy trying and experimenting. :) Hopefully you enjoy my creations and can use them to scrap beautiful memories!

  16. Wife and mother of two, webdesigner by day and scrapaddict by night!

  17. A mini-biography: Born and raised in the upper Midwest, lived in both rural and urban areas, disabled at age 30, spent time in eastern Tennessee but now living in Arkansas. Divorced, but dating an incredible man that I hope to spend the next 50-60 years with. I have a son in his mid-20s who's a US Navy submariner and a new daughter-in-law as of 2019.

I've been collecting scrap freebies for a while, making layouts for my photography scrapbook and more recently a young niece. I tend to be sort of seasonal with my interests, as photography in the cold aggravates fibromyalgia, and too much sunlight triggers lupus flareups--so I scrap a lot in summer and winter and enjoy spring and fall outdoors, often with a camera in hand. If I'm not shooting photos, training my mobility dog, or designing (mostly commercial-use items for my shop), I'm probably either watching anime or playing Steam games or one of several tabletop RPGs with my gaming group.

Upload Helpers

These ladies are the super heroes of DigitalScrapbook.com! Since day one, we've had a dream of free daily download credits, and making all our designs available for individual download; well, these upload helpers are the ones who make that dream possible!

  1. Stay at home, retired. Love doing genealogy and photos.

  2. I love scrapbooking, journaling and digital planning. I'm learning to make my own graphics.

  3. I'm married to a wonderful man and we have two fur-babies. I have no children but I'm an aunt several times. I have made several digital gift albums and calendars, but my own albums are still paper scrapping since I have printed pictures from before I discovered digital. I am taking photography class to learn how to use my poor little-used DSLR.

  4. I am from Georgia and currently live in a town that is just minutes away from the beaches of Florida and the Okefenokee Swamp. My hobbies include sewing, crafts and genealogy. I am a Nana of 9 and the resident treat lady to 3 dogs

  5. Hi. My name is Tina and I'm a digi scrapping addict! I started paper scrapping back in 2002 when my youngest son was 2 years old. I discovered digi scrapbooking in 2006 and never looked back. I live in Florida with my DH and our 2 boys and lots of animals!

  6. Wife and mom to three cute kids. They are the stars of my scrapbooking layouts! I am also a digital scrapbook designer designing as Day Dreams 'n Designs. I love digi-scrapping & designing, card-making, reading, and playing with my kids in our awesome park-like backyard!

  7. I am a lifelong resident of Michigan, living "under the Thumb" in New Baltimore! Married with 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, 1 significant other, six grandchildren, one girl, five boys, and three grand-dogs.

I discovered digital scrapbooking in about 2005 after working on a paper layout and lopped my son's head off while trimming a photo! And I had no idea where the negatives were! I was digi-hooked from day one and never turned back. The Scrapbook MAX! program was my first venture into digi-work, then Photoshop Elements and finally Project Life. I still use all three. Ultimately I found Digital Scrapbook and found so many wonderful kits, I couldn't believe my luck. During the pandemic I started making digi-cards to text or email to family or friends instead of buying and mailing cards. Everyone loves them, not just because they were remembered but I dig up old photos that they forgot I took or never that they never saw. Oh, the smiles on their faces! Enough about me, I'll be reading about you all!

  8. Hi! I am Meg (you may have seen me around as TravelScrapSleepRepeat). I love to travel and scrap in equal proportions, so it is no surprise that I make a whole lot of travel pages. I rely heavily on digital products to make physical pocket pages....so I guess that makes me hybrid??

  9. Retired in Dec 2011 and finally have time to get into digi-scrapping! First PSE classes taken in June so finally understood how to make a layout. Lots of hobbies: ceramics, crocheting, cross stitch, sewing (especially baby doll clothes for grand nieces) and want to learn to knit!

  10. I love photography and have an addiction to photoshop! I have extensive knowledge of photoshop and teach workshops from my home in both photography and photoshop editing.

I love sewing and crafting in general. Creating handmade gifts bring such joy to both myself and of course to the recipient. I often create my own props and costumes for my photo shoots.

We enjoy traveling to see the beauty in the world, and it gives us the opportunity to experience new cultures and people. My ultimate wish would be to visit every country on this glorious earth!
I'm thankful and grateful for all of the people in my life, and for the experiences I've had.

  11. Hi, I’m Nili Lis from Israel.
I am also a wife to a wonderful, loving, and supportive husband and mom to three energetic boys.

  12. I live in a small, rural community north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada with my husband, David and our daughter, Keira. 13. I'm a retired teacher. I love making digital scrapbooks for each of my Grandkids to celebrate each year on their birthdays.

  14. I'm a 3d Mesh Clothing designer, i also texture and and design 3d mesh furniture for 3d virtual games.

  17. I live in Sweden in a town in the northern part, called Umeå. I love "crafting" in many ways, with paper, yarn, fabric, beads, paint and more. Plus I also love to work digitally on my computer (mostly in photoshop, making artjournal pages or photo editing). I love photography, mostly of the nature surrounding me close by.
I am single with no kids. I cannot work because of several disabilities/illness. My crafting is one thing that take me through the days.

I´m currently in the upload helper team for Marisas designs here on digitalscrapbook.

  1. I am a single mom to an amazing 14-year-old son. He keeps me on my toes and active. We live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest along with our fur baby, Phoebe the kitty. I have been digiscrapping for 14 years and love it. I have finally accepted the fact that I am a digiscrap addict and I am ok with that. No 12-step program for me as I am quite happy in my active addiction. I volunteer at a small, amazingly wonderful private school where I help run the AR (Accelerated Reading) Program, oversee the libraries and work one-on-one with children who have Autism, Down Syndrome, neuromotor deficits, and those who just need a little extra assistance. I also participate in quite a bit of community service. Service to others is my passion.

I am a collector of Funko Pop! Vinyls; I am a F.R.I.E.N.D.S. fanatic (PIVOT!); I love love love Nikki Sixx (and even have him in Pop! form); lemonade runs through my veins, not blood; strawberry mochi and peaches with chia seeds are my favorite snacks; VW buggies (old & new) make me smile and I have owned three, my first car was a '69 Bug, my second car was a '72 Super Beetle, and I now own an '03 convertible New Beetle; Pacific Northwest beaches are my own private heaven; vintage Shasta trailers (with the wings) make my heart dance (and I intend to own and refurbish one soon); and ugly (which is subjective, of course), "naked" animals make me happy (naked mole rates, skinny pigs, sphynx cats, Chinese crested dogs, featherless fowl...)

My life is a great big ball of controlled chaos and I wouldn't want it any other way!

  11. I'm from France. Digiscrapping since 2013. Mom of 3 adults, married in 1997. Loving books, photographs, classic music, tea, coffe, hike, sea, nature and so…
Now grandma of a beautiful little boy.

  12. Hi! I'm 45 years old and live in Minnesota, USA. I really love scrapbooking. I scrap both with paper and digitally and love them equally. I work as a Decorative Artist which basically is painting murals & other pieces on people's walls. It's a great creative outlet and I can set my own hours which is really nice! I just found this site, and fell in love with the community feeling of it (nevermind the great kits)!

  14. I'm a freelance editor, writer and photographer. I picked up cardmaking as an art hobby more than 25 years ago. That led to scrapbooking, but really took off when digital scrapbooking software started popping up on the market. Thanks to PixelScrapper, I have honed my design skills and do some small design jobs for hire, along with my regular editing and writing. I live in the beautiful state of Montana where I work from home and volunteer for a local non-profit called the Dylan Steigers Concussion Project. I also teach water aerobics at our local Women's Club. (Otherwise, I might sit on the couch all day designing!). Besides a passion for photography, I love sports, flyfishing, cardmaking, gardening, and walking. My goal is to try to learn a new technique or enhance existing ones every month so I can give back to this wonderful community of scrapbookers through the PS blog trains.

  15. I married my high school sweetheart and we have 2 wonderful adult daughters. Hubby is retired from the military and currently working a civie job. I'm retired from home daycare and still wondering what I want to do when I grow up; I refuse to grow up!!! We purchased our retirement home a couple of years ago. We now spend the cooler months working on renovating the basement and the warmer months landscaping. We enjoy snowshoeing, kayaking, hiking, and sailing.

  16. I love photography and precisely nature photos , with a preference for the dragonflies..so came I to scrapbooking.I live in Belgium.

On the photo you can see my two helpers by scraboolking: Max the parrot ans Saskia, the yougest dog

  17. Mom of three adult children and Nana to one awesome grandson and one beautiful granddauther. Full-time wife, mom, Nana, student , Program Specialist and crafter. Is there enough time in the day for all of that? Of course, it's all about priorities.

  19. Well, Hi there! I'm Kate; a serial crafter and I'm so happy to "meet" you! I am a "jack of all trades" when it comes to crafting. I scrapbook, knit, cross-stitch, sew, and have probably tried more crafty things than I care to admit.
I have been a digital scrapbooker since 2008. I discovered it after the birth of my second child. I had been a traditional, paper, scrapbooker prior and then found digital and didn't look back! I have been documenting my family's adventures in the Project Life/365 format since 2011. I absolutely love being able to look back at our year and hearing my kids - who are now teenagers - say "oh I remember that", is reward enough for me to continue to make an album every year.
I live with my family in Central Florida and love reading, planning, and cooking when I'm not crafting - which is a very rare thing, as I always have something on my desk/lap.

I look forward to seeing your scrapbook pages!

  20. I am a newbie in scrapbooking, although I've made a lot of digital photo albums. Looking forward to expand my skills and possibilities!

  21. www.digitalscrapbook.com/tonje-gram/gallery

Hi.. my name is Tonje, 43 years old.. and I`ve been scrapping for about 10 years.
My style is mostly contemporary, clean, airy, but I've been dabbling with blending and are curious about Art Journal.
Too much 3D and fantasy style doesn't fit me. But I love trying out new things.. and often join challenges.

My native language is Norwegian and I live in.. Norway!
Yes, that tiny country in north.. with Fjords and all..
To compensate for being such a tiny country.. we've got high mountains..
but they doesn`t do much for me.. since I live by the coast..
In a tiny city called Sandefjord.. oh yeah it`s a Fjord here also.
We are about 2 hours, by car, south-west of the capital Oslo.

Please ignore my curly sentences (?) English is my second language.
The spellchecker brightens up my text with red lines..
    - but it doesn't help me with building sentences.

I just got myself a new PC, been saving for a year.. it`s awesome..
4 TB.. yes.. Terra Bytes.. Hard Disk.
Besides bragging about my new PC.. I love Sudoku, Photography (of course)..
I knit while watching films.. I read most genre except horror.. mostly I prefer Historical drama.
Oooh.. and 80% Dark Chocolate.. Addicted..
On my new shiny PC I`ve got tons of pictures taken in Peru,
and photos of our Garden (Hundreds of different flowers/plants/trees), our boat at sea..
+ family, friends, food, daytrips.. just to mention a few themes..
Got Photoshop CS3 and CS6 (but prefer CS3).

I have two sons.. but only one living at home (the oldest moved out..)
Felix, my youngest.. is so creative and often hangs over my back when I am scrapping
and comes with ideas and suggestions. You`ll see I make a scrapper out of him.
He is a bit socially awkward and has autism.. so we spend a lot of time together.. Just him and me.
Together we often go on trips and photograph.. we both have decent cameras
and it is a activity that doesn't require much social skills.
Lots of the pictures I scrap is taken by him..
and it makes him so proud to see pretty pages with his pics.

  22. IRL I am a Project Manager, but in my free time I am a crafter, I am mainly a cardmaker, but I like digital projects, art journaling and sewing too. I like to design digital elements for use in my digital and physical projects. I am English, but live in Tampa with my Hubby and Clint Catwood, we relocated from NYC in August 2021 and we are loving the sunshine!

  23. I am a stay at home Mum to one little girl and a craft addict, I don't feel right if I don't get my crafting fix!I have always crafted in some form or another and tried my hand at all sort including glass painting, jewellery making, sewing, crochet, card making and scrapbooking. I discovered scrapbooking about 10 years ago and got hooked. After years of disregarding digital scrapping I had a sudden conversion in November 2013 and instantly became addicted. Now I can't believe I was so anti it before! As a full time Mum digital scrapping fits so much better into my life and budget at the moment but I will never give up all my lovely stash! I try to make digital layouts in the same style as I would paper ones and make then look as "real" as possible by only using elements which would work on a paper layout, adding shadows and using "glow" to recreate the inking I always add to my paper layouts! I look forward to exploring this new world and having fun here at PS.

At 18 months after I started on this digital adventure I am still loving it and have been accepted on to several Creative Teams, including here at PS! The next step is to try designing!

  28. Lover of all things vintage and shabby.

  30. Colour, light and texture... they make my world go 'round! Digital Production Manager by day, crazy mad scientist-like artist by night, not creating is like holding my breath! From old school scrapping and digital to sewing a dainty dress and repurposing an old man jacket into a hat, I'm always busy making, making making!

  31. I'm an early retiree and homebody who absolutely loves scrapbooking, both IRL and hybrid. Can't say I'm particularly proud of my first Scrapbook (as I did as a 9 yr old girl ;-D). I learn new things all the time *heart*
Besides scrapbooking, I love photography, rather than good, and I also make some of my own elements for scrapbooking. I mostly create in Photoshop, but also in Studio for Silhouette and I love to write on my Wacom tablet.
I share my passion with everyone in the household (and everyone else too) and with everyone in the household includes my partner, his children, my grown children, 2 cats, a dog and a dog I daycare for.

  32. I am a designer that started in 2002, took a break for 2 years, and now I am back. I just love to create in my Photoshop...what else can I say?
I also adore digital scrapbooking, and I enjoy a lot to participating in challenges or CT for great designers.

  33. I'm a stay at home mom of 2, a boy 15 yrs old and a girl that is 13 (going on 21)! You can probably find me scrapping, blogging, designing, reading ebooks & watching design/scrapping tutorials! I admit I am a digi addict & I am on the pc way longer than I should be! Luckily the rest of my family is as well, we have just about every digital gadget known to man! I love being a part of DigitalScrapbook.com and am very happy I found DigitalScrapbook.com in the first place!

  34. I love to read and travel (camping and cruising) and digi scrap about our travels.

  35. 09/2022: time for an update. Retired for 8 years now. I love to spend more time with my grandchildren now with 5 boys and 3 girls. You will notice that the majority of my pages is for the grands. I make each of them a scrapbook every year. Still loving scrapping and stamping too. DigitalScrapbook.com is a great place to hang out!

  36. I live in a small, rural community north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada with my husband, David and our daughter, Keira. I discovered digital scrapbooking a few years ago, and although I don't have much time for it between work and sports, I'm totally hooked! I'm learning more and more from the DigitalScrapbook.com community and love sharing my projects and gaining inspiration from others'.

  37. Greetings! I am from Chapel Hill, NC (USA) and have recently become completely addicted to anything and everything remotely associated with digital scrapbooking. I have no children of my own (unless you count the 2 furry creatures that share my house and beg for food), but I thoroughly spoil any tiny humans I can get my hands on. I have been tagging and designing web pages for tournaments in gaming leagues for several years, but I am relatively new to scrapbooking. I'm branching out and trying my hand at creating an entry for the blog train soon, so you'll be hearing a lot more from me in the future! One question....how do you STOP once you've started creating papers?...I mean, first day of designing and I look up from my creative coma to find that I've made 60!!!!

  38. My name is Kristi and I live in northern Indiana with my husband, Mark, a very spoiled Bichon Frise, Tucker, and a cockatiel, Hannah. We have two grown sons, Adam & Jared. Jared is married to Emily and are the parents of my two sweet Grands, Calvin & Rosie who are the subject of the majority of my scrapbook layouts.
I was a long-time physical scrapper following the trends found in magazines such as Creating Keepsakes and even had a few of my layouts published. Life got busy and physical scrapping got pushed to the back burner. I have now been digital scrapping for several years. I started with Project Life, switched to Over/Studio and now am exclusively using the Affinity Suite of programs.

  39. Love travelling, my family, scrapbooking, making photos and lots of memories. Dutch

  40. I'm Melanie, 41, from right outside Boston, Ma. I have been married to Rob for 17 years. We have 2 girls Olivia, 18, and Layla, 15. We have 2 dogs, Mika a 2 year old papillon and a new pomsky puppy named Beetle. We just bought our 1st home, an old farmhouse built circa 1790! We are doing all the renovations ourselves (my hubby is a contractor) and having a blast! We are die hard New England Patriots fans who don't pronounce our "R's" and use the word "wicked" as an adjective, so basically the stereotypical Bostonian. I'm a lover of all things crafty, obsessed with most anything horror related and been to Disney World more than 11 times! Graphic design intrigues me and I've learned most of everything I know from Google. I am proud to say I've never owned an iPhone, I am a true Android snob. My newest hobbies include quilting and woodworking. I used to be on this site all the time, but life happens. I'm hoping to be back for a while again and hope to get to know all the new faces!

  41. I am a pensioner and live with my daughter, her husband and 3 kids. I have been scrapbooking for about 6 years. I am very keen on learning how to design my own kits.

  42. Photographer, graphic designer, teacher, mother of 7 kids ages 10 & down.

  43. I love digital scrapbooking and am a member of several Creative Teams, including Marisa Lerin's. I am from the Philippines and go by the name lawyerlyn in the digiworld.

  44. I've been paper scrapping since 2003 and am now dabbling in digi scrapping as I've run out of bookshelf space for all my albums and need to condense stuff.

  45. Retired school music teacher - landscape photographer! Love to scrap - daily! I'm on Creative Teams for several designers, make lots of Designer and personal freebies every month!

  46. My experience in the digital graphics industry began a few years ago (2007 or so – does that count?), when I purchased a DSLR camera (Nikon D70s), mostly to capture my growing family and children as they participated in sports. I found myself tweaking the photos and loving it! Then I discovered digital scrapbooking (where I was previously using paper), which progressed into digital design when I couldn't find items I wanted! I really enjoy learning new techniques and designing definitely keeps me on my toes!

IRL (in real life), I provide IT support. I have previously been an instructor and trainer as well. I do love computers and most things technical and am always up for a good, technical challenge!

I have been married to my loving husband for 10 years and we have 3 children – ages 10, 17 and 19. Our family has one cat (Kitty), one dog (Hank) and one rabbit (Reese).

  47. I am happy to admit that I’m addicted to scrapbooking and have been hooked ever since my husband told me about a little store called Archivers in 2005. My main topics to scrap are our family including my adorable little daughter, and our travels across the world.

I am a full time working mom. My main career is as a Controller for a large homebuilder but I am also a Close to my Heart consultant and love teaching classes as well as using the amazing kits, coordinating papers and ink and the fabulous stamps that CTMH sells.

My style is simple and uncluttered with a focus on the photos, as I’m an avid photographer also. I love lots of large photos on my layouts and using paper, various tools, inks, paints, stamps and my wonderful Cricut machine to help tell my layout’s story. I am always on the lookout for new techniques to use and love teaching new techniques to others. I find inspiration throughout daily life and love using sketches, scrapbook magazines and online galleries for new ideas and techniques.

  48. I am a not-so-newbie to digital scrapbooking, but was hooked as soon as I started playing around with kits, fonts, and photos. I started taking photos when my oldest turned one year old, then started scrapbooking about a year after that. I now have three spunky little kids (two boys and a sweet little Sparkleheart) that keep me busy, and when I'm not tending to them, I'm chilling with my feet up on my computer or watching some wonderful television programs with the husband!!

Community Designers

Meet our generous and talented community designers working in the DigitalScrapbook.com Commons!

The DigitalScrapbook.com Commons is an area where community members of all levels can upload and share designs they create, while getting feedback and progressing as designers.

  1. Hello, I am Adeline ou Fibul on the web. I am a French Girl and I love scrapbooking !

  2. I'm a woman, wife, mother of teen boy, graphic designer. I love reading books (especially fantasy), watching movies, photography.

  3. I'm digital scrapbook designer. As an artistic soul I love creating beautiful designs allowing me to express myself. I share my passion for creation at Sunshine Inspired Designs. My adventure with digital scrapbooking started while my husband and I decided to travel indefinitely and traditional scrapbooking wasn't an option any more. I fell in love with it so much that I decided to create my own kits and share them with everyone who loves scrapbooking as much as I do.

I'm also passionate about animals and photography, so it only seemed natural to start photographing them! In addition to my work as a photographer, I hold a degree in Environmental Biology from Gdansk University, Poland. I’ve worked with many amazing animals throughout my years as an animal care giver, pet sitter, volunteer, and trainer.

  4. I'm a retired art teacher and a fairly recent digital scrap-booking addict. I have had some experience with Photoshop but prefer Adobe Illustrator of my graphic designs.. I still have much to learn but am getting there.

  5. I'm a digital scrapbooker and designer. I also love video games, planners, Netflix, YouTube, shopping. :)

  6. When I am not at work, I avoid housework by reading, scrapbooking or baking. I am one belt shy from getting my black belt in Taekwondo but a recent knee injury has delayed that goal. I went back to school when my youngest was 4 and became a dentist. Both kids are in college now and my hubby and I are enjoying the empty nest.

  7. I wrote so little about myself the first time so am here again to rectify that. I am 60yr old nanna of 9 grand kids from my 3 children, who are the light of my life :) I used to take photography of weddings, children pets etc but did it for the price of film etc as in the day if you loved photography it was so expensive... it kept my hobby going and kept me busy and I got popular(who knew!). When the digital cameras came about I bought my first SLR, the weddings etc kept going but I added wildlife to that and I LOVED going to the Australian bush for as long as possible to get down n dirty with the wild critters... its my element. Digital cameras a digital art on a computer seems to go hand in hand.... so, here I am :)

  8. Hello! My name is Tina & I live in Louisville, KY. Mother of 3 and love scrapping, project life, bible journaling, planners... the list goes on and on... :P

  9. Married. No children, sadly. Retired a few years ago as a server administrator from a top 20 university. Email was my specialty from the first time ever implementation. Lots of changes since those early days! My health took a dramatic change the last year before I retired.
Several extremely painful health issues and unable to take tylenol/nsaids for pain. (You have no idea what a wonder drug a simple aspirin is until you can't take it.) Trying to distract myself from my chronic pain I discovered digital scrapbooking. WOO! WOO! I LOVE making elements/papers. I'm totally pain free when I am zoned into making stuff, usually on my iPad since I can't sit long at a computer. I have tons of stuff that I've made and when health allows I clean it up and post here. Your kind comments are the frosting on my cake!

  10. I live in Stratford on Avon, England. I am a born again Christian and married to my best friend Paul. We have two lovely children (well, teenagers actually!), and I have been an avid crafter since the age of 6! (I am now 41!).
I have been into lots of crafts during the years but always come back to the paper based ones. I love making cards but never did quite get into scrapbooking because of all the bits and pieces needed - I just didn't have the space or energy (I have CFS and Fibromyalgia). BUT... I LOVE graphic design work and designing things on the computer. So, when I recently discovered digital scrapbooking I was in heaven as it combines my love for all things crafty, with my passion for computer based design! Yay!
I use Affinity Designer rather than Photoshop, so give me a shout out if you use Affinity too.

  16. I am 41 yr old mother of 5 and 1 granddaughter. I have been using Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop for about 19 years. I am trying to learn how to make my own kits, which is how I came across this site. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge. Thank you!!

  17. For most of my life I have had a passion for genealogy, as well as a love of making art. When scrapbooking first became popular, it became obvious that I needed to be making heritage albums! When I discovered digital scrapbooking, I could finally afford to make my family history book ambitions come true. I love to tell the stories of my family, illustrate them with digital scrapbooking, and publish them to photo books for my family members.

  18. Hi! I'm a mom to four grown children, three fur babies, and wife to an all-around great guy. I live outside of Denver Colorado, and I am obsessed with crafting.

  19. I'm a primitive and colonial style crafter, luv working with graphics and learning new things. And I luv to share what I create! I luv my family & friends and look forward to meeting new ones.

  20. It's been some time since I have completed any layouts, but I used to be obsessed. I always had a dream of creating kits and commercial use products, but life has been keeping me busy with more important things. I still do enjoy finding reasons to do some work in Photoshop though!

  21. Hi everybody. I'm happy to be here. I'm learning lots about digital scrapbooking by seeing what beautiful layouts so many of you do.
I'm 58, married to my soul mate, proud Mom to four great kids, Nana to a sweet baby girl, have 3 beloved cats and a Chihuaha we rescued from Mexico.
I Love quilting, digital scrapbooking, journaling, and creating, and live by the mountains, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada

  22. I a mum of 2.I have just started to digital scrapbooking.

  23. Hi. My name is Tina and I'm a digi scrapping addict! I started paper scrapping back in 2002 when my youngest son was 2 years old. I discovered digi scrapbooking in 2006 and never looked back. I live in Florida with my DH and our 2 boys and lots of animals!

  24. Creative mum to three adult sons and several bonus kids, new Nana and to digital scrapbooking. Woman of faith, disrupter and junksterchick. Known to sing & dance in my car and do random acts of kindness with my hubby.

  26. I'm from France. Digiscrapping since 2013. Mom of 3 adults, married in 1997. Loving books, photographs, classic music, tea, coffe, hike, sea, nature and so…
Now grandma of a beautiful little boy.

  27. I love photography, digital memory keeping and graphic design. I'm so enjoying this season of life being able to spend time with my hubby, kids and grandkids.

  28. I am retired and live in Oxford, England. In the distant past was a music teacher and an organist.
I love patterns. I make a lot of kaleidoscopes with Corel PaintShopPro, which can also be tiled to make scrapbooking papers. I also make scrapbooking papers and elements from anything I find.

  29. Hi! My name is Renee Clark. I am a wife to a wonderful husband, and mom of 3 kids. My oldest is 15 and in 10th grade. My twins are 13 and are in 8th grade. We have an adorable, very large Goldendoodle named Max.

A local friend, Lisel Rice, introduced me to Pixelscrapper. That is how I landed here.

It has been quite a few years since I have done any kind scrapbooking. I'm excited to pick up digital scrapbooking. I served as a Design Team member for a couple of paper scrapbook companies before the crafting industry hit a low. Both of those companies went out of business, I lost my online community of scrappy friends, and with that, I also lost my mojo and stopped scrapbooking.

I worked at The Boeing Company for 10 years as a 2D and 3D artist developing Computer Based Training and that is where I picked up my initial Photoshop skills. Then I went to Microsoft and worked as a 3D artist on both of Microsoft's PC-based games Flight Sim 2001 and Combat Flight Sim 3. Seven days before my first kid was born I resigned from my career. It has been almost 16 years since I have been in the corporate world.

Today I own a small art studio in my local area. My studio is new and I'm trying to build it from scratch. It is called "CREATE Courageously" and I teach mixed media art (I LOVE using Super Heavy Gesso and Modeling Paste to create heavily textured designs). While that is where my heart is, I believe I will find some relaxing moments here, while scrapping digitally.

I look forward to meeting everyone here in the forums.

  30. For work, I use my art & education background to provide digital support for online businesses. Happily, that includes quite a bit of design work.

For fun, I design bits of prettiness for digital scrapbooking and planning while managing two cats who think they should actively participate in all computer and craft work.

I also dabble in watercolor painting, read obsessively, and am learning to speak Spanish (I currently have the communication ability of um, a 4 year old).

  31. Completely in love with graphic art! Since last year I have enjoyed the wonderful universe Scrapbook!

  32. Updating ...
I am Painter and Illustrator ... But I enjoy many other things that fit within the theme Art. Ah, I love colors and textures.
I live in the sunny state of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
I met "Traditional Scrap" about 12 years ago. And since then the scissors have been working hard around here. I loved blogging with the whole Scrapbook community, and was very participative in many blogs around the world as Guest Design. I got to know the Digital style and fell in love with it for being more practical, faster and easier to organize. Today the scissors don't jingle as much as they used to, and the Laptop has been my most frequent companion. In my inspiration, I am influenced by my colorful country and my 7 year old son.
    :)

I love all things beautiful...and scrapping is a recent adventure of mine...I do not claim to be an expert but I do love decorating photos and jazzing them up!!!
I work 99% with MSPowerPoint & use photoshop occasionally only. I hope my work is satisfactory to anyone who views it...I would love to learn how to create digital scrapbooking stuff...maybe when I retire and can devote 100% of my time to learning how to!!
    O.K....take care and bye!

  36. AKA "mmmbisto" online, in the UK and married since 2010 with a son born in 2013 :) I have been scrapbooking since 2003 but digital scrapping since 2004.

  37. Hi there! I'm Marjan (in English that would be Mar-i-an) and I'm from the Netherlands. I have one son, Dennis, he's 7 years old and will be 8 in January '19. I live in a city in the north of Holland, called Groningen with my family of 3. In my daytime job I'm a careworker for 3/4 days a week and I love it.

Apart from digiscrapping I have many other hobby's. I love drawing and painting (watercolour, acrylics, ink etc. but also digitally), reading, going outdoors, photography, (binge)watching my favorite movies and shows and I couldn't do without music and going to concerts and festivals.

I started digital scrapbooking way back in 2008/2009 and not long after that I started designing with Photoshop and PSP. Since then I've learned a lot about digiscrapping and creating my own layouts, albums and kits. I've had many breaks from scrapping, but somehow I always find my way back.

  38. Blessed Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. In my spare time I'm a digital art junkie and gamer.

  39. Hi - I'm Karry and I live in Montana. I have done traditional scrapbooks for some time. I initially joined Pixelscrapper for the papers because I thought there were so many nice collections. I would print them out and use them in my own layouts or in mini-albums that I like to make. I've been using Photoshop for awhile but mainly just for photo editing. I have learned so much from the tutorials on this site and that is actually what started me scrapping digitally...so, THANKS PIXELSCRAPPER. I have a 10 year old boy and it seems now I am scrapping more things since I can do it on the computer which is great for our family in the long run. To me doing layouts with children couldn't be any more fun! I LOVE IT!

  40. Here is a little bit about me:

I'm in my 60s and have been divorced for many years. I have one daughter, and one precious two year old grandson. They mean everything in the world to me.

I don't have a day job: I was the live-in carer of both parents for many years; my dad passed away in July 2013, and my mum passed away in January 2021. These days you could describe me as: Mum, Grandma, Amateur Digital Scrapbooking Designer, Crocheter, Sci-Fi Fan, and Harry Potter Nut!

I have always loved creating art and craft, and have tried lots of different crafts over the years, including crochet, teddy-bear making, cross stitching, card making, and other paper crafts.

I started noticing beautiful digital layouts in scrapbooking magazines, which sparked my interest in digital scrapbooking. I tried some digital scrapbooking programs, but they were really glorified card making programs, and I quickly got frustrated with the amateurish results. Then I got Photoshop Elements, and started to learn how to use the program.

And then... I found this site, now known as DigitalScrapbook.com, and a whole new world opened up for me! The combination of quality digital supplies and tutorials was wonderful, but it’s the people who make this place so special. From Marisa & Jordan to the designers and all the other people who contribute to the running of this site, and to all the other members – I have never come across such a friendly, welcoming group of people.

I have been a member here since 2013, started designing for the blog trains in 2014, am a founding member of Scrap Twist Blog Train (which our group started after meeting in a design challenge at this very site, when DigitalScrapbook was known as Pixel Scrapper) -- and now, in July 2022, I have been accepted into the Commons, as the next step on my design journey!

I'm really looking forward to contributing more to DigitalScrapbook, and its lovely members!

(FYI: Photoshop Elements 15 is my most-used graphics program, but I also use
FotoSketcher and a variety of programs from Jixipix.)

  43. Blogger. Content Creator. Digital Influencer. Mom and grandma. Cat and dog mom.

  44. Used to be a digiscrap designer a few years ago and thought I would dabble again. I'm also a genealogist, historian, and computer tech.

  45. Hi everyone my name is Sarah, I enjoy reading, listening to music and binge watching Netflix. I am married with one teenage son, and one teenage step-daughter. I have two border collies. I currently work as a human resources administrator for a charity which helps the over 50s.

I have been digital scrapbooking for over 20 years, and I tend to go for a minimalist style in my LOS.

  46. I love digital scrapbooking

  47. I am 38 and live in Ontario Canada. I love hanging out with friends and watching movies.

  48. My interest in digital scrapbooking actually started with paper crafting. I used to make cards and 3D items with my cutting machine, but I only did paper scrapbook layouts occasionally as they were very time-consuming. Once I encountered Photoshop Elements and began learning how to scrapbook digitally I was amazed at how fast I could get things done! Soon I started wondering how to make the beautiful elements and papers I was purchasing, and my venture into designing began. I spend more time designing than scrapbooking now, as my four children are almost grown and not interested in having their photos taken!

  49. Many moons ago, during the December frenzy, a clown met a man disguised as one and they both fell for each other. Little did they know a few months later they'd be having a little baby (that's me).
The clown love didn't last too long, but I was still raised as one. Actually, on the first sonogram, I made my first joke ever. Made my parents think I was a little boy... for months. First thing the doctor said when I was born was "It's a little boy with no penis". That was my first minute of life. We indeed are destined for greatness or not. I think I was.

Oh, and I've been scrapbooking for about a minute. I'm a real newbie, but I like to think I'm learning things as I go.

  50. I am 28 and live in Dunedin, NZ with my hubby, our son Riley, born in March 2010, and another boy on the way, due July 30. Am back into the work force after many years as a stay at home mum and I am loving the extra cash. Started digi scrapping when my boy was only weeks old and still love it. My current favourite is pocket scrapping and I have been printing and collecting journal cards, ready to go :)

  51. Hello everyone
I am Sharon (aka Shaz515) I am 56 years old and live in beautiful Western Australia on a lovely little 4 acre property in a sweet little country town. I am married with 3 adult children and 3 adult step-children, and 16 gorgeous grandchildren aged from 6 months to 17 years old. I started paper scrapping in 2006, but then discovered digiscrapping 5 years ago and have been in love with it ever since

  52. I am a military wife of 20-plus years. Mother of 4, grandma of 10. I love art and my favorite forms of expression are watercolor, scrapbooking, drawing, macrame, crochet, and embroidery. I love to garden & grow food.

  53. Hi! I'm Lori and live in Maine, where I'm a mom to 3 boys, age 20, 17 and 16 and an 11 year old black lab named Sadie. I have been teaching 6th grade for almost 30 years.... wow! (Just typing that makes me sound crazy lol!) I also work part time at a local gym. I have been digiscrapping for a little more than 10 years now and absolutely love it. I still dabble a bit in paper scrapping, mostly making cards... just can't quite bring myself to give up all of those supplies that I spent years accumulating, even though I never used half of them. ;) Of course, I will never use all the digi stuff I've got either... but at least it doesn't take up much space to store! :)

  54. hola! soy kuna, de Córdoba, España. Me gusta la lectura, el senderismo, el digitalscraps, echar buenos ratos con las amistades y alguna que otra cosa más.

  57. Hello, I am so happy to bring you my PU products. I hope that you get much enjoyment out of them as I did in creating them.

I want to thank everyone who contributes on a daily basis to this wonderful website that Marisa and Jordan so cleverly designed. Their brilliance, love and passion for the craft brings so much joy to so many people. I'm glad that I can now be a part of this incredible journey.

    Thank you.

  64. Hello everyone!
I'm Melissa and I live in North East Florida.
I love to digitally create designs, it is how I relax. I'm also learning how to paint digitally Using Corel Painter 2021 which has opened up some new ideas for me. I'm 53 years old, I am a wife, and mother of 2 24 & 9 year old. I've been lurking here for the past year but decided it was a good time to create a profile.

  66. Hi, I'm LaDonna! I have no formal training and all of my experience has been self taught. I have always been passionate about anything/everything involving art, creativity, and expression from writing to photography and scrapbooking, and graphic design. I enjoy Photoshop Elements 15. I'm not an expert. Not a beginner. I'm somewhere in between and continually learning something new daily. I use other programs as well as they all have different attributes that I like for different projects. I use Craft Artist 2 Pro as well as Affinity Designer. I am committed to eventually mastering Photoshop Illustrator!

  67. New to scrapbooking, looking for inspiration.

  68. Happy scrappin'!

  69. Happy scrappin'!

  70. I have five kids. Four boys and one girl. I've been a stay at home mom forever. I just started making my own digital designs.

  71. Thank you for checking out my About Me page.
    This is my Design Page:
    https://www.digitalscrapbook.com/sharin-johnson/designs

I don't really have an interest in managing and maintaining a store so this is the only place you'll find items that I've designed. As a mom, wife, and volunteer, I've decided to spend my time focusing on learning, creating, and sharing.

I joined DigitalScrapbook.com on Dec. 1, 2021 with no design experience at all. I am currently (2/8/23) teaching myself Photoshop CC.

Please know that I read each and every comment you leave for me. I may not have time to respond to them all but each one is a little boost to inspire me to keep making more! It means so much to me that not only do you download my designs, but that you take time out of your day to comment. So very sweet of you!

I hope you enjoy my creations and that they bring you joy.
    Peace,
    Sharin

  72. I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada with my husband and our daughter. I homeschool and in my spare time I like blogging, quilting and graphic design.

  73. autistic, bardic, creative, designer; enervated, fibromyalgic, gastronome, hyperphantasian, INFJ.
I'm a Canadian expat in South Korea, a mixed/multi-media artist currently doing card decks, fabric design, and historical pattern reconstruction. Also writing and illustrating a housekeeping-for-neurodivergents book called 'The COSI Home' and trying to get an illustrated medieval cookbook published :) I love vintage, sparklies, miniatures, cheese, and singing.

  75. I've been a scrapbooker for longer than I care to admit and have more paper than I can ever use. For some reason that's not enough, so I started to print things so now I guess I'm a hybrid scrapper. Except then I discovered I could use Photoshop Elements for more than just fixing red-eye ;) now I'm hooked. oh boy.

  76. My name is Gonda, I'm from Germany, married for over 25 years with two wonderful kids.
I started designing with PSP 7 a long time ago. In the beginning I made stationary for e-mails and tags. Then I switched to photo collages for print and stuff like calenders and photobooks but I was often unhappy with the background papers and elements included in the software because I'm really picky about matching colours. That's why I started to design my own papers, elements and kits for digital scrapbooking. I design just for fun but love to share what I made with others.
So thank you very much for downloading and I hope you will have fun, too.

  77. I am a Christian visual artist working in acrylic paint and colored pencils primarily since 2005, who LOVES to play with digital design, tweaking photos and playing with some of the cool programs out there. I mainly use Inkscape, I no longer have a copy of Illustrator, since they discontinued that version. I have just purchased Rip Studio, and am currently creating some fabric flowers with it and some interesting papers/overlays.

  78. Hello I'm Charlotte and I'm a digital scrapper for several years and still learning everyday. I use PSE14 en PS CS6 for my LO's and trying to make some digital supplies for myself. I also love art-journaling, hybrid and digital.

  79. I'm a mom of four small children with a love of family history and genealogy, so learning to digital scrapbook works perfectly for me by allowing me to share images of my babies and to share family history with relatives.

  80. Hi, I’m Nili Lis from Israel.
I am also a wife to a wonderful, loving, and supportive husband and mom to three energetic boys.

  81. I live in Arizona with my wonderful husband. We have 3 children and 4 beautiful talented grand-children. I've been digital scrapbooking for many many years. Since the first Photoshop Elements was introduced I've been making my own elements. I am my families Heritage keeper so I've scrapbooked our family history. I also love genealogy and have created many Family Tree pages. My scrapbook pages are 6x4 with 300dpi because I make videos using them and they fit better at that size. I also print them as mini scrapbooks for the family. I look forward to sharing my work with you all and picking up some extra techniques.

  82. Make up my kids photo albums using digital scrap booking, also make digital scrapbooks of holidays/trips we have made, family history etc. Doing pages to show in the gallery as given me another option, I am thinking they will make a nice little themed book

  83. Mostly a graphics dabbler - even gave Blender and mesh a whirl. Mainly do art journal type projects and some digi-scrapping atm.

  84. Mom to 4 awesome kiddos and wife to an amazing husband! I love to digiscrap, journaling, collage, and pretty much anything that lets me get my creative fix. I have a washi tape obsession (talking hundreds of rolls...eek!).

Aside from all that, I like to design too. It comes and goes as inspiration hits (and the busyness of life slows down). Pixelscrapper has been a huge resource of learning for me. Hope to keep learning as time goes on and scrapbooking evolves. :)

  85. I love all sorts of arts and crafts, digital scrapbooking and graphic design, but at the moment my favourite creative pursuit is Project Life.

  86. Artist, cat person, late night crafter. I love anything colourful, quirky and collaged. I have a keen interest in pattern design and I studied art & design at college, then BA Hons. Illustration at university. I’ve been drawing since as long as I can remember…

I’m a bit astrology obsessed, and love the natural world, space, science and natural phenomenon. I love alternative music and play drums in my spare time. I live with anxiety and depression, so art, colour and creativity help me to escape.

  89. •✿• Hello Hello!

I have a farm in Texas.
I have a number of cattle and horses, which I keep closer to the homestead, as well as using the bulk of the land for agriculture. I live in a lovely Southern Colonial home that is full of antique furnishings and décor. I love to go in search of the stories that each piece can tell.

I have 3 cats (brothers & sisters) as well as an Amazon parrot that is brilliant. Her favorite song to sing is "Singing In The Rain", while having her bath. She goes through every word that I have taught her as the sun is going down most days, keeping me full of smiles with each one.

I enjoy classic movies and music, flower and
vegetable gardening, as well as writing poetry.
    Now, digital scrapbooking!
I love most styles of art, but would say that my favorites are Watercolor & Whimsical. I am in the process of creating a shop, so that I can share my love of art through many different avenues. I can't wait to share my art here, in giving back what I have taken.

Thank you for reading a bit about me.
    Have a blessed day! ❥

we naturally light our own way "

  90. I adore digital scrapbooking and sharing the hobby with others. I was instantly hooked on scrapbooking when I began paper scrapping in 2000, after the birth of my son, as it allowed me to record his childhood, which was especially important to me since I'm an adoptee and had no idea of my beginnings until age 34.

I inadvertently discovered that I had learned the basics for digital scrapbooking after creating graphics to dress up a Yahoo group page. I had drooled over the digital pages, with their brushes and fantastic photo effects, but actually went kicking and screaming into digital scrapbooking because, after all, it COULDN'T look as good as paper, right?

I threw myself into digital at that time and joined several online digiscrap communities. That led to CTing for designers and shops. I was creating lots of boy pages but found so few kits, and so I began creating what I needed. That progressed to designing kits, and I began selling online in 2009.

I've dabbled on and off in designing all these years, sharing or selling things I've created for my own pages, since my first goal is to keep up with my own pages, and as you know, we NEVER get caught up! I've become partially disabled in the past two years and am only able to work part time, so I now have more time to design and scrap than I normally do.

  91. I'm a 65 year old living in Toronto Canada. I started paper scrapping in the 1990s & switched to digital in the early 2000s.

I've been happily married for 35 years with 2 adult children. We have a married adult daughter & a late son. (He had multiple severe disabilities - nonverbal autism, severe intellectual disability, atypical bipolar disorder, epilepsy and was a XYY male. We lost him 5 years ago at age 25 to SUDEP - Sudden Death in EPilepsy). I consider him my greatest teacher. Graham's photo and memorial page are here: https://www.autismbrainnet.org/donor/graham-brown/ (The same photo and tribute are also on the North American SUDEP Registry Our Stories page which he shares with others. Graham's donation was a joint donation to both sets of researchers.)

I'm retired but originally a children's librarian (public library) and then a supply (substitute) teacher. My favourite classes to teach were kindergarten, grades 1-2, middle school and especially special education. I particularly liked teaching students with autism or intellectual disabilities or adhd or learning disabilities or who needed behavioural support.

My hobbies (other than digital scrapping and photography) are knitting, board gaming, reading, journaling especially bullet journals, fountain pens, listening to a wide variety of music, classic movies and foreign language films and cooking (low carb/keto now since it controls my Type 2 diabetes.) I have a big interest in history, geography and different cultures and read a lot in these areas. I mostly read nonfiction but I do enjoy science fiction and fantasy. My husband and I share our home with 3 rescue kitties.

I consider myself a beginner with scrapbook design and I am enjoying learning.

  98. Mom. Geek. Designer. Daydreamer.

Hello, I am just starting with digital scrapbooking, I have a lot of projects in my head but still feel insecure on the execution stage. I have been gathering resources that go from freebies to ideas to complex tutorials. The stages encompassing my projects are:

    - organize digital pictures (10% complete)
    - UPDATE->scan my grandmother's pictures (95% complete)
    - scan my parents' pictures (100% complete)
    - scan our pictures before digital camera (100% complete)
    - gather resources for Disney Scrapbook (is this stage ever complete?:D )
    - finish my Family Tree (95% complete)
    - finish genealogy research (~50% complete)
    - gather resources for Heritage Scrapbook (each branch of my family tree will be color coded, so lots more resources to gather)
    - design the pages, all 12"x12", using PSD/Tiff templates (1% complete)
    - UPDATE->for a few of the scrapbooks I am going to print at Photobook Canada I am going with landscape sized layouts because coupons ;) I am adapting a few 12x12 layouts into 8.5x11 as well as converting some of the Photobook Canada's software to PSD/Tiff designs, which is lots of work but also fun to do :)
    - UPDATE->print Scrapbooks at Photobook Canada or Mixbook (3% complete)

    Thanks for reading,
    cheers!

  100. I have been scrapbooking for years, both paper and digital and now I'm trying to venture into making my own scrapbooking kits.

  101. I am a teacher and mom of four. I began paper scrapbooking in 1998, digital photography and working with Photoshop in 2010, and I have just begun digital scrapbooking maybe 2012.

  102. was a mining engineer, now do more crafty things but so newbie here..

  103. Working mom of 4 "kids" (24, 21, 18 and 11.5 yo). Started out as a paper scrapper, switched to digital in 2005 and never looked back !! Fell of the digital scrapbooking wagon during the last couple of years but 2023 is going to be the year I start scrapping again and I'm so happy that Pixel Scrapper oops, Digital Scrapbook is still around so I can share my journey back :). And who knows, maybe I'll start designing again and come back to art journaling too :).

  104. HI. I am Anjana from India. I am new to scrapbooking but love graphic designing very much.

  105. I am a crafter and artist. I love to create something everyday. I love photography, art journaling, and papercrafting. I am currently working at digital scrapbooking. I use Adobe Photoshop CS4.

  106. I am a crafter and artist. I love to create something everyday. I love photography, art journaling, and papercrafting. I am currently working at digital scrapbooking. I use Adobe Photoshop CS4.

  107. 6/26/13 I'm very new to digital scrapbooking, it seems very fun but I don't know where to start. For now I'm printing elements to use in other projects.
7/16/13 As of yesterday I've officially started making layouts, yay!
8/21/13 omg this is so fun and I can't stop doing it, totally addicted!!
9/7/13 Digi is becoming quite the commitment for me, I'm on a few CTs, dabbled in designing, and started a blog! http://thisnthatbycat.blogspot.com/

  108. I am a mother of 2 girls, the first daughter showed me scrapbooking and now I love it. Creative design helps me the bad phase of my illness to master. The the last 25 years I worked in publishing as a media designer.
Next year I'm 50 and know English only from school, it's bad - sorry!

  109. I am a pensioner and live with my daughter, her husband and 3 kids. I have been scrapbooking for about 6 years. I am very keen on learning how to design my own kits.

  110. I am a mother of 4. I also, am Done by Dorothy on Youtube. I love creating anything that involves paper!

  111. I'm a happy go-lucky gal from Canada, enjoying life to the fullest now that I've retired from my career as an accountant.

I have a particular passion for making things from scratch with my own two little hands. In other words... any excuse to give my creative itch a good scratching every now and then !

Jewelry design, metalsmithing, candle making, and leather work/traditional native beading are my passions of the day that I've managed to turn into a little home business for myself.

Nature and animals are my inspiration for everything I do, so my creations tend to lean towards using natural materials and earthy colour palettes with plenty of flora and fauna in my designs.

And now I've discovered the wonderful world of photoshop and digital scrapbooking !

I'm still quite the rookie when it comes to photoshop, but I'm learning a little bit every day.

I have a loving supportive husband who gets a good laugh at the endless hours I spend watching Youtube "How-To" videos learning new ways to create more pretties to share with the world.

Who knew playing on a computer could be so fun?

  112. I was pretty active around here quite a few years ago [I went by a different last name], but life decided to throw in some pretty heavy plot twists that stole me away from creative outlets.

The landscape of my life looks so vastly different than it did when I was last here... I was forced to re-evaluate everything I held dear or counted as truth. I escaped emotional abuse. I tried my hand at online university courses. I found my soulmate and we had a baby. I moved a lot, and was even homeless for a bit. I learned who my real friends are. I discovered I'm neurodivergent (of the ADHD flavour). And at one point I even lost myself, but it led to me finally finding my voice. It's been so painful, but so liberating... I feel like a phoenix.

Oh, and I also lost all access to my blogs (Meet Mollie and Mollie Saves the Day), so as I figure out where to go from here, I'll be "rebranding" and deciding how to appropriately make my old creations available again.

I'm looking forward to what this year has in store... I'll keep you posted. lol.

Favourite quote: Stop being a little baby and get up. Life is pain. Get used to it!

  113. I am from Ukraine. I love digital scrapbooking. I love Ps & PsP. I love digitalscrapbook.com, a really cool community, and a friendly site team.

  115. I have been digitally scrapbooking since about 2008. A few years ago I started designing my own scrapbook kits and posting them for free on my blog. I still post free things on my blog, and of course I have listed lots of things here on Pixel Scrapper in the Commons section, and most months I participate in the blog train. I am proud to say that I completed a project 52; many of those scraps are posted here. I am married to my high school sweetheart. I have two sons, and two wonderful daughters-in-law, three granddaughters and one grandson. My profile pic is my oldest granddaughter and myself enjoying some cheek to cheek time and playing with Photo Booth on the computer.

  118. My name is Tricia. Online I go by ptktj. I design freebies as Desert Digi-Scrap. I have 2 living boys. My middle son passed away from cardiomyopathy at 18. I live in Arizona. I am currently going to school to return to the workforce after 25 years as a homemaker/homeschooler.

  119. I'm a (married) homeschooling (unschooling) mama of 5 (preschool through young adult), and a blogger. I'm interested in reading, research, holistic health, theology, and, of course, crafts. To be honest, I tend to cycle through my interests, so I'm likely to go all-in with scrapping for a while, then drop off for a while as I give my attention to something else, and then eventually come back around to scrapping. That just seems to be how I roll. :) Hands-on scrapping/papercrafts is (are?) my favorite, but I'm intrigued by the possibilities for combining digital & physical.

I have MyMemories -- and I think an old verson of Creative Memories software, too -- but my primary tool is Affinity. It's just more familiar because I use it for other purposes, too.

  124. I love everything about living in the Pacific Northwest. I love to spend free time with my hubby out hiking in the woods, visiting the coast, or sampling every small bakery we can find. A perfect day would be to do all three. The only way to top that would be to bring our grown daughter along for the adventure!

I started "paper" scrapbooking in 1996 and now do everything digital, currently working on photos from 2016 and determined to get caught up! I love reliving the moments that were captured on camera and coming up with designs that help tell the stories in the photographs.

I am married to Ken since 1992. My only daughter has given me four precious grandchildren.

I am not sure I really know what I am doing. :-P BUT I've learned a lot here at PS and have grown!! I hope to continue to do so. If I can manage to find time I also enjoy reading, gardening and making crafts with burlap (confessed addict here lol). I live in the greater Detroit area with my husband, son and our rescue. If you're considering adding a furry addition to your family please consider adopting a pet in need of a home. Rescued pets make the best pets and I would be happy to talk to anyone about how to search your area. Want to make a bigger impact....foster!! Saving lives! *heart* Thanks for reading. :-)

  130. Hello! My name is Sonia. I'm 50 and I live in a city near Barcelona (Spain). I love animals, above all cats, reading Victorian novels, and making digital art. I studied English at University, and I worked as a secretary for many years. After that, I worked as an English teacher for children and adults. I was a self-taught designer and Photoshop enthusiast, so I decided to study graphic design.

I enjoy many hobbies including photography, gardening, crochet, beading, polymer clay, reading and writing. I also love old movies.
I currently use Photoshop CS6 to design graphics. I enjoy the creative process of designing, and participating in Blog Hops is my favorite design project. I am married to a great guy, and we have a blended family of seven grown children and 14 grandchildren...

  133. Hi :)
I have been involved in all sorts of crafts and creative ventures my whole life. I was a graphic designer and currently have a lot of fun coloring for a webcomic. I enjoyed paper scrapbooking for years but after moving 13 years ago, and the advent of digital pictures, I lost my way a bit.
I have several chronic illnesses so I spend a lot of time on the computer and it helps me feel productive and stay in touch with others. I'm involved with animal rescue and have fostered many dogs and some kittens. It's very rewarding to know I helped save a little furry soul but some are hard to let go. Hence my family members include 2 dogs and a cat LOL.
My boyfriend and I and some family went to the UK and the desire to show off my pictures made me decide to plunge into digital scrapbooking and I'm having a ball! Thank you for such a wonderful community and all those who share a bit of themselves and their work here.

  134. Hi everyone! My name is Kimberly. I've been paper scrapping for about 20 years and digital scrapping for at least 10 years. I love the non-messiness of digital, but I LOVE getting paper into my hands. LOL

I'm married 18 years and together 20 years. We have a 21-year-old daughter. We recently moved to Missouri from California, just because. We've only been here about 3 months! We have two furry children as well. (almost forgot about them!) LOL

I look forward to meeting everyone.

  135. I love everything creative! I'm a planner fanatic, journaller, bible doodler... and sometimes feel like an unorganized MESS! I love creating my own planner stickers and that's why I joined DigitalScrapbook.com. Looking forward to meeting all you creative geniuses!!

Previously designed under 'Made by Me Inspirations' but have taken that name back for my paper scrapbooking and am now digi designing under 'Meg Scott Studio'. I am a Pinterest junkie and love DIY projects - just need to find the time to finish my personal 'Honey - Me - Do' list.

  137. Hello! I am a special needs mom, and a wife to an amazing man. I am the mother of 2 very special autistic children (a daughter who is 17 and a son who is 12), who are my world! Their strength against the adversity they face in their lives every single day, just trying to do simple things we often take for granted, warms my heart and fills my soul. They are the best part of me!
I also make digital scrap kits and commercial use images for other designers to use in their own scrap kits! I am known as the designer "Whisper in the Wind." I enjoy anything creative, even though scrap-booking is my favorite. It is like a meditation for me..I can get lost in my creating. I also enjoy crocheting, singing, exercising, cooking, and my paleo 310 lifestyle.
I try to be a light, and an inspiration to those around me. I try to give more than I take. I try to be a good friend, and a good mom. My hope, is that when I leave this world, my mark on it will be a positive one..and maybe, just maybe, I will leave my little piece of the world a bit better than I found it.

  139. I work in Permanent Supportive Housing, helping people exiting homelessness and domestic violence to make a fresh start and have a successful, happy life. I enjoy art journaling, scrapbooking, swimming, playing with my dog, reading, writing, and gardening. I am a Distinguished Toastmaster and enjoy competing in speaking contests.

  140. I am a wife, mother and grandmother, a fiber artist as well as a scrapper, and I have a great passion for lace.

I am a traditional scrapper at heart, loving to work with the physical products whether making full size layouts, or pocket scrapping.
I have been exploring the digital side of scrapping more since I've been playing here, but I know I will never give up the other. I often work hybrid projects by printing out items from digital files and incorporating them into my physical layouts.

I am so thrilled with the community here, and the beautiful kits the talented designers make available on this site.

  141. Recent empty-nester who worked in government for 20+ years. Picked up the digital scrapbooking hobby because of the generations of family pics that need a story.

  142. Mama of a boy

  143. fifty something menopausal hobbyist photographer and newbie digital scrapbooker

  144. I'm a disabled single mother of one 20 year old son, Christian. We live in a small town in Illinois, USA. I enjoy digiscrapping, designing digital scrapbook supplies, reading, playing games on my tablet, and spending time with my family.

  145. I am a returning digi-scrap designer. I had medical issues and family obligations which ultimately made it impossible for me to keep designing. I have 2 grown boys in their twenties. My Husband and I have 4 furbabies, Vintage, Kismet, Karma and Pip who keep us busy. Alex works full time and is doing college online to get his IT degree (because nowadays 20+ years in IT isn't good enough) and I stay here and keep things going. I am back at designing and trying to get my one major medical issues under control enough to get even a part-time job outside the house and hopefully get my scrapbook designing business back in full swing. I also have ADHD so I will often make 2 or 3 kits and a time. I just keep designing until I am done then sort the kits out later lol. I love to bake and also try to do a lot of crafting. Nice to be here, a home would be nice after all these years. *heart*

  146. Hello, I'm a proud mother of 2 beautiful, smart & amazing girls (well teenagers). Around here everyone calls me Lisa Hope..us country folk love to have two names..lol!! When I'm not running here & there to basketball games, track meets, softball games, volleyball games, girl scout meetings & all the many things my 2 are in..I am resting & working on my scrap projects.

I love scrap booking, have for years now. Like everyone, I started with the paper scrapbooks years ago even before my girls were born...but then I found the digital world & I was hooked. Seems like I live on the internet. Sometimes I sit & think what in the world did I use to do when I was younger & the internet wasn't around..lol!! Almost as though the world stops at our house & things just goes crazy when it is down.

I love sharing what I can. After all the time & money I have put into gathering scrapbooking supplies, both digital & paper, my goal is too help allow others find things easier & faster for their use. I have been designing graphics since 2014, but not in the digi scrapbooking world until 2017.

  149. Hi everyone!

My name is Julie and I live in Massachusetts with my husband and 2 rescue dogs. River is a Pit Bull and Brook is a Chihuahua. We moved to Mass. 3 1/2 years ago for my husbands job. We are both huge animal lovers, especially dogs.

We have on daughter who is 28, married and living in Texas. I am hoping soon to catch up to all my friends who already have grandchildren.

I started using PSP about 15 years ago and then in 2008 I started using Photoshop. I owned a digital store for about 4 years and lost my pc 2 years ago. I recently bought a new one and I have been right back at creating.

Although I do not scrapbook myself I love to create the items for those who do. I also get a lot of my inspiration from other artist. And scrap booking is certainly an art.

Creativity is in my blood. I have always sketched pictures since I was a kid, and now with social media (Thanks YouTube, Pinterest, Google images, and PIXELSCRAPPER, etc....) I have become so overwhelmed with what project(s) to do for the day. I don't even know where to start. Should I make cards or make my own clay? Or should I design a wall hanging for the living room. I have become ridiculously indecisive with what I want to make.

When I stumbled accross Pixelscrapper I was elated that you could get so many kits and bundles to make what ever you had in mind...and more!

Now I can go to the next level of design by doing it digitally.

I am, sadly, still out of commission with regards to designing with no sight of that changing anytime soon (I cannot afford a new computer that is robust enough for me to continue creating as I'd like); so I have made the decision to remove my designs from the commons here (sometime this year, I think) as, it doesn't feel good to me for this site to earn money from my efforts when
I have no way of recovering my own costs to move forward. I'm not yet sure if I'll continue to offer my designs elsewhere for free or fee so, please enjoy them here while you still are able.
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    ------------------------------------------------------------
July, 2021: Still on a break, just more of life's surprises & troubles, compounded (cannot even scrapbook my personal stuff any longer). Though I am still breathing, it's not looking good for me to return to design anytime soon.Thank you to all who've taken the time to comment and "heart" my designs... its nice to be appreciated; each one makes me smile.
    ------------------------------------------------------------
November 3, 2019: Addendum to my note below, made two years earlier. I am now on a LENGTHY design and scrapbooking break, the length of which, I do not yet know. I am reassessing my life, in general, as I had never found a "new normal" for myself since acquiring physical limitations as a result of the CVA (Cerebral Vascular Accident) I endured in 2013. If I return to designing, I will most likely continue along with the plans I posted here previously:
November 4, 2017: With regards to my designs here at DigitalScrapbook.com, I've made a decision (though, it is possible that I could change my mind again - I'm good at that), to concentrate on updating (for quality) all of my older products to upload to the commons before starting any new designs (like blog trains, etc.)...hoping to instead catch up on my own scrapping needs when I get the urge to be creative.
    ------------------------------------------------------------

Married (to the best man in the world- I truly believe that!), mother of 2 boys, also a bereaved parent...my first child was born with a severe seizure disorder which profoundly stunted his development. He was fully disabled, both physically and cognitively, throughout his short life of 13 years. My second son is over twenty years and still lives at home with his father and I.

I've been designing digital scrapbook products since 2009 and although I was a designer at a store for 3 years starting in 2010, I didn't like having to work so hard for so little payback; I much prefer doing it for the joy it gives me and others; I was so very pleased when I found this site and read their manifesto...exactly what I have always felt. I grew-up in a "creative" home; my father was a professional artist and photography hobbyist; my mother was always doing crafty things, she taught me sewing, crocheting, knitting, etc. I worked with computers for years before they became household items, so, when I discovered digital scrapbooking in 2008; it was a natural fit for me.

In January, 2008 I discovered that I had only 3 months until my niece's wedding shower and since I wanted to create a genealogical scrapbook as my gift, I knew there would be no way I could meet that deadline using the traditional paper scrapping method... so off I went searching for a way to do it digitally...that's when I discovered the world of digital scrapbooking. Like so many others before me, I was immediately hooked on this past-time. By April 2013, I decided to give up selling my designs and return to giving them away freely. My original plans were to also create some tutorials on the subject as I also have a professional background in developing 'Computer Based Training' BUT as what often happens with PLANS, Life can get in the way...in July, 2013, I survived a CVA (aka stroke). Even after months in hospital acute rehabilitation and a rehabilitation nursing facility, I am now a left-sided hemiplegia (left side of my body is paralyzed - head to feet, everything left of center). Makes many daily activities quite frustrating but at least I have this creative activity to use as an outlet for those negative feelings. ;-)

  157. I'm Hilde from a little town in Belgium. I like to scrap, handmade and recently also digital. I love the european way of scrapbooking, where you put the accent on the photos. So that will be the style you can expect and discover from me

  158. Just another scrapper, trying her best to get through life and keep her crafty hobby alive.

I come from Indonesia, but I often spend my vacations in neighbouring Singapore where a good portion of my mother's family lives. I saw my first scrapbook store there but I never pursued scrapbooking until a store opened up in a mall nearby.

  159. I am a mom of 2 kids and 1 dog and am a professional software tester. During my spare free time I love to digiscrap, walk, read, geocache, and so many more.
I live in the Netherlands near Rotterdam (and the beach *heart*)

  160. Wife, Mother, Grandmother. Keeper of a big Garden.
Favorite things: Coffee, Books,Nature, color yellow & sport.
I love stamping, gel printing, Mixed Media style.
I make art Journals, Cards,ATC´s, Rollodex cards etc.
    I love paper and colors.

  161. Hi, I am a SAHM with 4 kids. I love Jesus, adoption, photography, and adventures. I enjoy pocket scrapbooking, but I want to try other styles.

  162. I'm a mom of 2 teenagers, a perpetual college student, and a small-business owner. I've been designing since 2006 and previously sold my designs at a digi-boutique, but I prefer the freedom of creating on my own schedule, so the Commons is a great place to be.

  164. I've been scrapbooking on paper since I was a teenager, but am a more recent convert to digital scrapping. I'm also the wife of a great guy, a homeschooling mom of 3 (2 boys and a girl), and a flutist (when the kids let me practice.) When I’m not managing family life or scrapbooking, you can usually find me drinking copious amounts of tea, reading (fantasy books are my favorite, but I read fairly widely), or sewing.

  166. I have 3 degrees, computer programing, architectural drafting, and studio art. All 3 of my degrees play a roll in how I think, design, and create art.

In 2019 I was retired due to extenuating family and personal health. Now I am a full-time caregiver. Any free time I have is spent making mostly digital art because I can pick it up and put it down at a moment's notice. I am looking to get back into selling my art online and producing pieces for the gallery I was in before I retired.

Community Members

Of course, the heart and soul of DigitalScrapbook.com is our community of caring, generous, creative individuals! Our emphasis at DigitalScrapbook.com is on helping people connect as real people. Each week we pick a random sampling of active members to feature on this page.

  1. I live in a small town in Indiana with my husband. I have 2 married children and 4 grandchildren. I have always loved art especially the creative side. I hold an Associates degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. I do lots of volunteer work for the church and fire department here. We have recently decided to move and oh my what we can collect over 40 years in one place. I love hanging around this site and seeing all the creations. I don't do a lot of scrapbooking but I love creating pieces for scrapping. Looking forward to many more BT's. I also love traveling and doing things with family and friends.

  2. I started digital scrapbooking several years ago after I got tired of fighting for space to work on traditional books. I am currently using an old program called Project Studio. I enjoy the freedom of self-expression and creativity that digital scrapbooking offers. I like to capture life's special moments and memories. My other hobbies include model horse collecting (well anything horsey), photography and writing. My style is fairly eclectic, I like vintage, rustic, contemporary...if it catches my eye, I'll use it.

  3. Jersey Girl

  5. Travelling was my obsession until I got married and started a family. Now my obsession is travelling with them!
I wanted to enhance my photo albums but didn't want to acquire lots of baskets and shelves full of scraps and beads and whatever, so I tentatively started looking at digital scrapbooking about 2 years ago and haven't been really active till this year. Still very much a novice - my strength is planning and organization, not art! I'm very thankful for resources like this for files, inspiration, and tutorials! And any constructive feedback on my gallery items are welcome - for real. "If you had used this type of frame instead," or "consider adding this color here," or "less of an angle on that photo would have,"... I am not artsy fartsy, but I appreciate and seek to learn from those who are!

  6. Grama to 6 (5 girls, 1 boy), Mother of 3 (BGG)
Traditional scrapper since the late 80's, started Digi in 2008 and was hooked. Love to do hybrid creations with traditional supplies also.
Lover of nature, travel, animals and children of all kinds!
I use Microsoft PhotoDraw to scrap with, it is an old and obsolete system but I LOVE IT!

  7. Mom, wife, elementary school teacher, owner of cats, reader, Christian

  8. I LOVE SCRAPBOOKING HANDS ON AND DIGITAL. I LOVE THIS SIGHT, BECAUSE EVERYTHING I NEED FOR MY SCRAPBOOKING IS HERE. ALSO I LIKE COLORING ADULT COLORING BOOKS. I ALWAYS LOVED ART AND I HOPE YOU LIKE SOME OF MY LAYOUTS.

  9. I've been digitally scrapbooking for a about 4 years so still lots to learn. I enjoy creating layouts about places I've been to, my family and especially my grandkids.

I love participating in challenges because it makes me think outside the box and I'm a big user of templates. I find them so versatile and fun to play with.

I'm a proud creative team member for JoCee Designs, Miss Fish Templates, Dandelion Dust Designs and Zesty Designs

  10. I like to scrapbook, knit, crochet, cross stitch.

  11. I am a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who has enjoyed crafting since retiring in 2018. The craft items I have created have mainly been given to family members. Over the last two years, I have been not only making items for family, but have ventured out in gifting items to women in my church who have been ill or are having a tough time - in the form of what I call "love bags." I also put together a large church display of upcoming events in any given month for which I rely on my crafting skills to complete.

Although a patron member of DigitalScrapbook.com for five years on the 25th of February, I am just now getting to the point where I would like to contribute a little bit rather than just take. I'd also like to show some of the things I make from the generosity of long time, brilliant contributors here on DigitalScrapbook.com.

  12. I love scrapbooking!

  13. First off, yes that is me standing with Chris Tomlin. I was lucky enough to meet him at a concert VIP event three years ago.

I'm new to the digital scrapbooking world but have done my fair share of binder scrapbooks.

Currently, I'm newly obsessed with The Happy Planner. After I get more active here on the site, I plan to gain gallery access and share my planner spreads. I also am planning on taking some of the print kits available here at DigitalScrapbook.com and using them in a planner spread in the future.

  14. I'm a new digital scrapper, but a long-time recorder of memories. Starting with my childhood magazine clippings and journals to now using Project Life style to record what life is like for me.

  15. I am 40+ wife and mother of 4. I have two kiddos with disabilities and digital scrapbooking lets me be creative without having possible dangerous supplies around. Besides scrapbooking I love to read, write, draw, color and also take pictures. I am also learning hand lettering.

I look forward to making friends :)

  16. Proud grandma to 5 sweet bees.

  17. I live the quiet life of a retiree. I enjoy the beautiful nature and nice friends. I hope I'll find friends here as well, as long as I get to know you first :)

  19. I like scrapping in a friendly, open, welcoming, relaxed environment. I like seeing and learning different techniques and styles and trying them out, even if I don't upload much online. So I always feel like I'm still kind-of new to scrapbooking. I don't mind sharing if I know something and can help.

  20. I am a digital media graphic designer who LOVES to digitally scrapbook! I just started getting my feet wet in project life digital scrapping. I have 2 amazing little boys (8yo and 6yo) and currently I am a stay-at-home momma who freelances on the side.

  21. I live in Nuremberg/ Germany and I'm really a purple-manic. My life is purple, lilac & violett :-) My favourite season is autumn/fall.

  22. I design digital scrapbook kits and cross stitch charts. I have two sons. Zachary is 28 and is a Marine Corps Vet attending Georgetown University. Skyler is 25 and works in Masonry. He is also the father of 2 adorable boys and 2 beautiful daughters, very often the subject of my scrapbook pages! He is young, but a very good father. I have been married to their Dad for 26 years now. He is also a veteran of the USMC. We have 2 dogs. A 13 yr old Shih Tzu named Madeline and her daughter 11, a shih tzu/llaphsa apso mix, named Isabella.

  23. I'm a 50-something married Mum with 2 girls and I live on the south coast of the UK. When I'm not being worker, mum or wife, I can usually be found crafting; mainly cards at the moment, but I'm hoping to venture into scrapbooking ... we've got a lot of photos!!!!!!!

  24. Hi, I am so happy to be here. I started traditional scrapbooking when my daughter was born, 23 years ago. I just recently mustered up the courage to try digital scrapbooking and oh boy am I hooked.I digital scrapbook with an iPad Pro, Apple pencils and the drawing app Procreate as I’m still learning Photoshop.

  25. I'm a wife, mother and avid crafter. Started off in traditional scrapping.....and embraced digital scrapping about 3 years ago & love it. I discovered art journaling so I have decided to give up traditional scrapping and move into scrap journaling in conjunction with the digi scrapping for my 12 years of back log that I have...LOL.
