New design requests forum

At DigitalScrapbook.com, Patrons have long had the ability to request specific designs and themes from our design team via our Patron Design Requests forum. This forum has always been a bit fiddly, particularly the voting system, and has confused many of our members.

As we've continue to gather feedback and work to improve DigitalScrapbook.com as part of our 2020 "Reboot," we decided to create a new system for design requests that would be more intuitive, and have a better voting system (we used our existing feature request system as a template). You can find the new design requests page here.

This new system will allow any members to submit and vote on design requests, but votes by Patrons and subscribers will be given more weight behind the scenes.

The existing Patron Design Requests forum will continue to work for the next few weeks, but after that it will redirect to the new page. If you have any outstanding design requests that you don't want to lose, we suggest you copy them over to the new design requests page by submitting your request there.

We hope this new system will be less confusing, help our designers better understand what our members are looking for in terms of designs, and generally work better for everyone. Please let us know if you have any feedback.
