About Me
New to Digital Scrapbooking, just started in 2019, want to make a record of family stories before my mother passes away. My dad died in 2016. I currently live in Canada but was born and raised in New Zealand, and emigrated to Canada upon marrying my Canadian spouse. Home Country - lets see - New Zealand or Canada? Which to choose? Most of my photos will be from NZ, but any pics of my son will be from Canada. MY IP Address will say that I am in Canada which is fine. My mother and sister are still back in NZ so I will make my home country as NZ for now. For Facebook, I dont check it every day - I am not addicted to FB, and I use a different name for privacy. My image is myself as a child - aged about 2 or 3 years old

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
This layout shows the after effects of weather. This is the park next to my apartment building in both the winter after a snowstorm and the fading end of summer. The Winter of 2007 and the late Summer of 2003 to be exact. Those trees along the far side of the park also go through the Autumnal (red, yellow, brown) changes as well, before the leaves disappear. And yes the child in blue is my son, John, aged around 16 months.

I love seasons...altho my least favorite is Summer loL! Thanks for sharing this about your neck of the woods!
If I can fit the journaling on that same page without upsetting the balance then i will do that. Otherwise i leave it for the gallery page description. I don't like the idea of creating a second layout page just for the journaling.
This is such a great idea of juxtaposing the two seasons , I also love the journal. Do you usually put the journal on an exra page? I do that a lot too ;)
Nice! I must say I like the summer much better!! :D
