About Me
I came to digital scrapbooking by way of Project Life, which I did in physical form for the first year and then tried out doing digitally, and became hooked for life on digital documenting. I made my first designs to share as contributions for DigitalScrapbook.com blog trains, and am thrilled to now be part of the DigitalScrapbook.com design team! I create products for digital pocket scrapbooking and traditional scrapbooking, and want to support people however I can in creatively and easefully documenting their lives.
You can follow along with my Project Life adventures (and find past blog train goodies and other freebies) at my blog, Scrumptiously: http://eversoscrumptiously.wordpress.com/

Digital Scrapbook LayoutDescription
This is my PL for the week after my house & car caught on fire. I learned a nifty "burned wood" technique in Photoshop & used that for my title with a sooty background to pull in some of the atmosphere - my house smelled like smoke and soot all week - without being too melodramatic about it.

What a horrible thing to happen!! You did a beautiful job on telling the story and the layout is awesome!! Nice job!!
How awful for you!!!! You've captured the event very well here. I like the background very much. I hope it all gets sorted/is sorted for you and I do hope no one was hurt!
Wow! Just WOW! This is just so well done. I can tell just by looking at it that some sort of tragedy had happened. I love your use of white to bring out the photos. The journaling even with the chevrons is easy to read and blends well with the rest of the page. I can't get over the picture of your reflection in the washer. Between your very creative photography and your excellent use of elements this is one of the best layouts I have ever seen!
I love this layout and all of your journaling fits in so well!
