Many years ago, I spent a lot of time in the digital scrapbooking world. I was a member, layout artist, and newsletter gal for another site that no longer exists. But life eventually took a different turn or two or three, and I stopped scrapbooking for a number of years. But now I want to start again, and I found this site in a Google search yesterday. So here I am.
I am a Photoshop/Lightroom user. I take photos nearly exclusively with my iPhone 16 Pro Max, though I do have a Canon DSLR as well. My kids are grown, so I'm trying to decide how inspiration will come to me. As their antics growing up was the main source of my creativity back in the day.
I am East coast born & raised but currently live in the Pacific Northwest. I am married (for the third time - no judging, right?), and we have two furry dependents in the form of English bulldogs. I work full-time as an office manager for a smallish construction company. I like to read, and I'm a gamer (World of Warcraft). I also like to disconnect and do a little off-roading with my Jeep from time to time.
I am hoping to learn some new things, dust off some old skills, and make some new friends here. 
Welcome to the site Becca! I'm looking forward to seeing you around! I can understand how life can get you moving into different directions. And then sometimes it can be nice to come back to something familiar too.

Hello fellow PNW gal! I had the same problem with kids growing up - but I just became a grandma so now I get to start the scrapbooking journey all over again!
Welcome Becca! Like you I am also back after having worked with digital scrapbooking many year ago. This is a really great site, and I am sure you will be inspired and learn new things.
Welcome Becca! I've been scrapping my whole life, so definitely scrapped some years without kids. My husband takes lots of photos as well, so that helps.
I spent several years living in Oregon, although we've recently relocated to Europe. We miss Oregon though!

It sounds like we actually have a couple things in common. I also used to do a lot of digital scrapbooking for other sites and was very involved, but the last few years have been...different, and I stepped away. I also found this site just recently (a couple weeks ago) and absolutely LOVE it. I also was a business office manager up until last January when I quit to stay home (because I have 5 older kids - a few who needed my time to learn to drive and such).
I look forward to getting to know you here
